Subway — Restaurant in Fruitport Charter Township

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the fact that when I walked in the door one of the sandwich artists was sweeping and there couldn't have been a crumb on the floor!!! All of the artists had smiles on their faces and said hello when we walked in. I know that during these times it can be easy to get bored and develop lax habits but, not this crew. Also the owner or manager was there demonstrating a new product to the crew and she threw gloves on and walked them through the process. That was so amazing to see. Our online order was claimed to be done at 6:15; at 6:41, the online order had just been started. We were able to watch the online order sit on the counter for at least 5 minutes while one staff member was in the back and the other was sweeping. The girl in the back may have just been away to wash her hands or something, but the guy who was sweeping didn't even come back out for a line of customers to help her. The worse experience yet! Am use to the fact that these sandwich makers are the SLOWEST, not even knowing what goes into a sub I ordered, but today they had no idea what they were doing. NO VEGGIES available...only 5 slices of tomatoes in the whole place. When I asked if they had onions I was told there's none cut.
