Favorite cafe in Downtown Fullerton!
I recommend getting chicken pesto sandwich or avo-campania. The chicken pesto is served warm and it’s cheesy and yummy. Decent amount of chicken and ciabatta has a nice toasty crunch to it. As someone who is a meat lover, I was pleasantly surprised by avo-campania which is a vegetarian sandwich containing mushrooms, artichoke hearts, avocado on flax bread. Like that’s all the things I don’t like to eat but I tried it when my mom ordered it and I was like that is SO GOOD. I want to learn the recipe GOOD. The artichoke hearts, sliced mushrooms are held together by the creamy avocado and pesto and it just somehow creates a harmonious enriching taste. I wish they offered half half combo because I want to eat half of each sandwich at the same time lol
Their chai latte is also good too if you are looking for something to drink :) They also have free water on dispenser behind the utensils as well.
The cafe itself has decent amount of indoor seating but there’s also outside seating in the courtyard if you enter the cafe and go out the back door. I highly recommend sitting at the courtyard if weather permits because it feels special with the...
Read moreFriendly service, good veggie options, chill vibe. I got the breakfast bagel with avocado and cream cheese- the bagel had a peculiar smell (but that may have been because I got the “everything bagel” with different seasonings). The avocado and cream cheese were loaded on, to the point it was squeezing out of the bagel into my plate. I didn’t have such a positive experience with what I ordered, but it seemed like regular customers were coming in and ordering their favorite dishes, so I think the food may be good here, I just didn’t luck out with what I ordered. I know this place is under new ownership and I could feel a change in the vibe when I walked in, not good or bad, just different than before. Food seems overpriced, though. Nonetheless, a cool place to meet a friend, read, or catch up on some work on...
Read moreI rarely give places a one star review, but Green Bliss has lost my business and recommendations. Not sure if the management has changed or what has caused the food quality to drop. The lady that helped us didn't seem very friendly or accommodating to me in trying to change ingredients to their burrito to make it vegan friendly. I had not experienced so much resistance until this time about the changes I made. Once I got my burrito, it's size of ingredients had cut in half which was astonishing to me. Not only was there a possibility there could have been dairy in the burrito which I've tried to avoid, but the mere size of the burrito and other missing ingredients that shouldn't have been missing made me feel disappointed. For a $13 burrito you expect a certain quality level.
I don't recommend this...
