Warning, bouncers use offensive language and threaten people. offensive language below.

Bouncers will ruin your night or your friend's night. I was there as a dd picking up people and I heard numerous threats and derogatory language being used by the bouncers towards guests and bystanders trying to talk to bouncers and/or other guests on the patio. They called people *aggots, *unts, *iggers, pieces of *hit, *ucks, *itches. I overheard the bouncer demeaning this skinny drunk man that was about the third the size of the bouncer and was no where near the intoxication of the other guests and people walking around. This guy was trying to talk to the bouncer see what it was like working there and the bouncer tells him to go sit on a planter before he knocks him to the ground and stomps on his head. I recorded some of the conversation on my phone and will try to upload online, so anybody that would like to listen to it can. I'm surprised this place hasn't been sued by people yet.

Do not go here until they change the bouncers or make even any guideline that these "security" guards have...

1st time back to The Back Alley after several years of choosing to be absent from the bar hopping scene. Service was on point, two separate bartenders approached me asking if I had been helped (that was cool) both very friendly (shout out🗣 of course). It was a relatively quiet Saturday night in DTF. So the scene was moderate and chill, which made it enjoyable. I wasn't crazy about the music that was playing. It was surprising because I remember TBA as an alt/rock/punk bar but hey maybe I just showed on a Sat meant for the younger crowd. Note: if you park in the direct parking lot. It is paid parking. Went to the Back Alley to see and hear the Darden Sisters band. You cantell this is a true local Fullerton hangout. Everyone seemed to know each other. Very casual and the bar seemed to appeal to a wide age range from college to retired people that just want to have a good time. The venue is broken up into two main rooms. Pool table and bar in the front and music stage snd bar in the back. They even have a special smoking section in another room attachec to the back bar. The Darden Sisters are an exceptionally talented group but the sound control and acoustics in the bar is very bad for listening to a band. Great local...
