Pilgrim's Coffee House — Restaurant in Fullerton

This is another hidden gem of a coffee place in the buzzing, and sometimes rowdy area of Downtown Fullerton. It may not be as trendy as the smoking tiger next door but the coffee here has better value for the price. So far, I never encountered any crowd and the place is not that big. The jazzy vibe help you feel calm though. Like it’s been said by other visitors, definitely a good place to work on something. Maybe for a date too in case your date is also an introvert or just want to avoid people for a bit. Service is kind of awkward. I ordered the mango smoothie yesterday but they ran out which was fine so I chose the Strawberry-Banana flavor. After he gave me the drink I said thank you but he didn’t say anything back. Today, I went back because I was already in downtown Fullerton and had a free coupon for either coffee or tea. I decided to buy the Iced Chai Latte with the $2 reduction. I thank him and the same thing happens but with a different guy. Good coffee shop with dim lighting, perfect for study spots. Music isn't loud and people are considerate of their conversation when there's people studying/working. I liked the Thai tea, not too sweet but just enough, that's my preference tho so I'm sure others may not enjoy it.

I also had an iced americano and really like the taste of their espresso. It has a slightly burnt/smokey taste to it that I'm not good at describing but that I personally really enjoy.
