I'd usually give this location a higher rating! My family and I stopped by the drive thru on our way home around 9:15 pm. The workers working tonight were extremely rude, argumentive and smart mouthed especially the woman who seemed to be a manager. It all started after we placed our order we pulled around front but couldn't tell how much room we had to ease up to the window bc there was an SUV that was in front of us who was waiting on their food. We kindly told the drive thru worker that we would wait to finish pulling up bc we didn't want to risk our car getting backed into, etc. You could tell that it aggravated the drive thru worker ( but there honestly wasn't much room to pull up without hitting the SUV in front of us). She then proceeded to bring over the older woman who acted like she might be in charge! That lady had an awful attitude. She has no business in being in charge with such a poor attitude! There was no reason for them to be so ugly to us. After we reluctantly pulled up we paid for our food ( they still were acting ugly to us). We were handed our food fairly quickly. Then the older woman in a smart mouthed way asked us to back up ( there was a SUV directly behind us) and the suv previously mentioned was still in front of us. We were boxed in and it made it almost impossible for us to get out of line due to such a tight squeeze. The staff kept on and arguing with us ( We repeatedly kept trying to tell them that we didn't have any room to get out). Please keep in mind that we were not ugly to them nor did we argue with them. I had to get out of the car to help direct my bf as he attempted to back up. If it hadn't been for the SUV behind us who kindly backed up as much as they could so we could get out. We wouldn't have been able to back up. I'm not sure if we will ever visit this location again, and if we do it will not be for a long time! The woman who was working there tonight at the drive thru as well as the supervisor, was atrocious in her attitude as well as what she said to us. I was charged for something I didn't want that's completely fine, mistakes happen. But When I notified her per my receipt that I was charged for something I didn't order she started to talk over me very loudly while cussing at me and rolling her eyes. I went to try to respond and she shut the window on me. The supervisor who is an older woman Then came over and asked what was wrong and she cracked the window while she talked to the other woman working there who at this point was very animated and still cussing. I tried to talk to the supervisor and she shooed me away with her hand and said "yeah yeah yeah" and shut the window completely. THIS IS THE SUPERVISOR ACTING THIS WAY. I tried to wait until they opened the window so that I could talk to the supervisor and they stared at me both and continued to be silent. They handed me my food as I kept trying to talk to them and would not say anything. As they handed me my food, I asked why the supervisor was allowing the other woman to treat me in such a way and why she was treating me in such a way herself. They gaslighted me and started cussing at me. I drove away because at this point they were verbally and mentally abusing me. Read more8/09/24 8:55pm we just stopped here for a late dinner while traveling. Before going in we checked the lobby hours to make sure they weren’t about to close. The door said the lobby closed at 10pm, so we took our 3 young kids in to eat so we could get them out of the car for a bit. We ordered and the young guy cashier, who had zero emotion in his face the whole time, said “you want this to go right? Lobby is about to close.” I said, but the lobby is open until 10pm. He again said “it’s about to close.” I said the door says the lobby closes at 10pm today we checked it and wouldn’t have brought the kids inside otherwise. He then said “well we are about to clean the lobby.” We said fine we will go and had our kids go to the restroom while my husband and him finished the transaction. We had to remind him we needed cups. He then proceeded to go spray down all of the tables with cleaner so no one could sit at them. While waiting for our food a nice lady who we think was the supervisor came from the back and said let me clear a table for you. She cleaned one off for us and welcomed us to eat there. She was very kind and polite. We got our food and the order was wrong. We checked our ticket to find the cashier rang us up wrong and we were shorted a curly fry but it wasn’t worth the hassle to try and get anything additional.
