Tonight I ordered online and selected delivery using my location. The store selected by the website is 4.9 miles from my house. We had family over and were cleaning up after hosting a baby shower for my wife. The order was placed online at 6:04pm and we received a call at 6:50pm that we were out of range for delivery. Manager on duty, Aiden, said that we would need to reorder from a different store. No other alternative was suggested. I asked if it would be ok to come pick it up since it was already prepared there. He confirmed. I asked how we might go about refunding the delivery charge and said that they could refund my entire order and then re-charge without the delivery charge. No info about how or when that would happen, so I assumed we would take care of it in store. When I arrived, after confirming my first name, last name, and that my order was originally scheduled for delivery but would now be for pickup, it took them about 5 minutes to locate my order and provide all the items. After receiving everything I said thank you. The employee who brought my order said nothing else to me and walked back into the prep area. I checked the receipt and realized i had still been charged for delivery. I then waited an additional 5 minutes for one of the 6-8 employees to come back to the counter to assist before deciding to just eat the $4.99 charge, because we'd already been waiting over an hour at this point. Then, ironically enough, at 7:53 Aiden called back accusing me of leaving without paying. I left with a receipt that said amount due $0. I then paid him again, but still have no confirmation of the initial charge being reversed and as far as I know I've paid twice, at this point, basically for failure provide service. Read moreAfter ordering a pizza at about 12 midnight I realize that the store close at 12:30. at about 1:09 I called the store and ask them did they get the order and if it was going to be delivered and they said it would be another 40 minutes so I spoke with a manager then not sure what his name was but he was very rude.also when we received the order the thin crust pizza was burned I took a picture of it for proof and also call the store and let him know that the pizza was burned and he was not concerned about that at all. he then told me that he would either give a credit or we fix the pizza but then he reiterated and said he could not fix the pizza because they were closed. so I asked him was there another manager I can speak to and he said he was the only manager there and that another manager would be in today. I spoke with a manager today they were no more concerned and he was they offered the refix to order which they did but it was still the same way as the one that they sent last night. I would love to speak to someone above store level at this point because the customer service and the quality of food is not good at all. I've had the similar experience at this location before and no one is doing anything about it. Honestly I am thinking about never ordering from them again. My order was re-fix and I am sure the way they conduct themselves on the phone that they are doing deliberate nasty stuff to your food when they are asked to remake it. Read moreI usually pick up my order, but this time I decided since it was New Years eve and friends were over to have them delivered. It was 10pm and I only ordered 2 pan pizzas and was expecting for them to be delivered at most within an hour or so. With hungry people waiting for pizza, I decided to call to check on the status at 11:30pm, since the tracker claimed that the order was ready at 10:10pm, and when I spoke with the female at the store she informed that they only had one delivery guy and that they were bombarded with orders at the same time. I asked when would my order be delivered and she informed that there were 10 pizza orders in front of mine, but that my order should be next out the door. I asked again how long and she started again that there is only one driver. I asked since my order has been sitting there for the last hour and a half would my pizzas still be fresh and if not, would you all be making me fresh pizzas and she informed that they are still hot sitting on the counter. She truly act like she was appalled that I was even inquiring about my order. I informed that I was canceling the order and requested that the money be credited back to my account and she said okay and hung the phone up. As a loyal customer, I feel it is despicable that customer service was that bad and that they could have contacted customers to inform them that it would take longer than normal for orders to be delivered, that way a decision could have been made to pick up the order.
