I rescind any positive review I may have left in the past..Employees (several) are guilty of embezzlement from this facility..Let me explain the scam they use to commit consumer fraud..When making orders and paying, they wil put THEIR phone numbers in instead of yours..That way they can pretend they have earned free donuts as the reward purchases pile up..I previously spoke to someone claiming to be a supervisor on my last visit..He said I was entitled to a free dozen..Yet today when I went to get that free dozen, they said no..I checked my bank records for both my wife and I making buys from this store..This store and its employees have cheated us out of a total of FOUR DOZEN free donuts on the rewards programs..This time tho, enough is enough..I will be making a criminal complaint with the NC Atty. Gen. office, no matter how petty anyone may think it is..Embezzlement and consumer fraud are criminal acts, regardless of the amounts..The Atty. Gen. office can see our bank records, check those card purchases against prior store receipts, and then, know all the guilty parties involved..They simply have to compare the phone numbers against my card and my wifes cards used to make purchases..They can easily see that the phone numbers involved with those card purchases ARE NOT my wifes or mine..Be warned as a consumer..This stores ripping off consumers is a joke to them..Employees and supervisors lie thru their teeth..If you don't like my complaints, bring suit against me..There is nothing more easily to prove defense with the best offense..Card purchases will NOT match phone records my wife and I have, as those numbers were entered onto...
Read moreTerribly managed store... ruins the whole Krispy Kreme experience. Long drive thru wait times, inaccurate orders, poorly trained staff and perpetually understaffed location. Latest event that broke the camel's back with my tolerance of this mismanaged location: Went to buy our usual two dozen post-soccer game donuts... drive through line was wrapped around the building, we got in line, waited and waited, still in view of FRONT DOOR we saw people going up to door and retrieving online orders... (inside was closed, COVID? understaffed? unknown??) but we saw several people come and go from front door, while still in line for drive through we downloaded app, placed our order... a few minutes later, got notification on app that our order was ready... so we exited drive thru line, parked and went to front door to retrieve our order... ONLY TO BE TOLD NO! They said they were not ALLOWED to hand our online orders, as they were closed to anything but drive through business at "boss's" direction and we would have to get back into drive thru line to retrieve our order. 45 minutes of waiting... we finally got our donuts. CRAZY! They said people we saw at door were drive thru orders that were WRONG coming to get things corrected and that we would have to wait in line for ANY online orders. UNBELIEVABLE... just have to put donuts in boxes and hand out through the window, pour some coffee... WHAT TAKES THEM SO LONG. Understaffed, poorly trained and terrible leadership and management! As I waited to place my order the customer in front to me struggled to complete her order Although she had an accent I clearly could hear her say 6 chocolate covered donuts while the employee kept saying what would you like. When I placed my order for a dozen mixed donuts I said at the end and a senior discount. The employee said we will take that off at the window. When I got to the window the young lady gave me the total and I paid it. As I looked at the ticket.i did not see a deduction for the Senior citizen. I asked the young lady did you give me the senior citizen discount. She said it is on the. Ticket. Iooked and asked her to show me She could not find it. Then said it was not on there. I asked if she could correct it. She said. No. I asked her to check with another employee. They told her no. Then I asked her too check with the manager who said we are not going to give you the discount. I recognized his voice as the one who took my order and said I would get it at the window and the same voice as the employee who was so rude to the lady in front of me.
