I ordered online and paid 33 bucks for a sandwhich ,knott's, and also 2 drinks and a salad. I get my food delivered at 6:24, I was very upset over sandwhich and got salad with no salad dressing also I might add I paid for extra dressing too. So I called and they credited me for sandwhich but had to wait for them to bring the dressing blackout to us. Now over 2 hours later I called and told them to cancel.bringing out the salad dressing and he got rude and said I cant cancel your order. I told him as he interrupted me to say I just wanted him to cancel.bringing the dressing since 2 hours later we just ate something else. I will never use this store again and am very disappointed on how I was spoke too then he processed to hang up on me when I said I'm not asking for full refund ... I will be going to corporate office with this manager attitude and maybe he needs to understand what a customer needs then to over speak them and then...
Read moreOrdered two pizzas and Parmesan bites on Sunday the 28th at approximately 3:15 pm (not football season). At 4:30 I called to ask for status since the online tracker stated that the order was in quality check since 3:32 pm and had yet to be sent out. The person who answered the phone let me know that my order would be given to the driver as soon as they returned. So I waited again until finally at 5:25 the pizza arrived. I say pizza and not pizzas because they only delivered one pizza and Parmesan bites. Driver told me he would go back and bring me the other pizza but at this point I didn’t want to wait two more hours for a cold pizza like the one that was delivered. Furthermore, they didn’t even have the decency to refund the amount for the pizza they didn’t deliver and I’m having to do a charge back with credit card company out of principal. This location/franchise needs to get its act together. Until then, ... well you know...
Read moreThe lady who took the phone orders couldn't understand and purposely tried to upsell me would not let me speak while she tried to shove other things down my throat and then had a sense of entitlement as she tried to tell me about the specials and then when I tried to understand her she proceeded once again over talk me and then by the time we got done with this 10 minute order it came to $53 cuz she didn't apply the specials and then goes oh we were doing this and I was like no we were switching specials like I told you I got nothing against it but if you're going to answer the phone at least be able to have a complete conversation in English and understand what's being told she was very entitled about the whole process and unable to do her job properly and wouldn't do what I asked her in terms of switching...
