Where to begin; I am truly appalled by the service displayed to us at this location! This has been my goto drive-through Starbucks most mornings for the last 4 months as it is next door to my kids daycare. I would typically go between 7-8am and thought the staff seemed unfriendly; but did not phase me as it is early in the morning and I its just a drive though experience. Well a couple Mondays ago one of my little ones was sick so we decided to go in for breakfast after dropping off his siblings. There were 5 staff present behind the counter, who appeared "busy", without a single person in line and possible one car in the drive trough- from what I saw driving in. We were not greeted at all which was not that big of a deal we were in no rush. We waited a few mins for someone to finally address us/ come take our order. She seemed agitated and incredibly rude as if we were inconveniencing her day. She did not ask my name but I figured our items would be called out. Well 2 more customer came in, got their food/ drinks and left. I noticed a few items sitting on the counter and one of the staff saw me walking towards the counter so he decided to pick up the items and call them out (of course they were ours). To make matters worse, our bread was hard and my chorizo sandwich was simply disgusting! I understand some level of bad service in the morning but this is just beyond unacceptable! I will take my business to the Starbucks less than...
Read moreThis store is an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand and reputation. Out of the many many Starbucks stores I’ve been to this one without a doubt is repeatedly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Too many to even describe but consistently the drinks are made incorrectly, the wait is sometimes 25 minutes in the drive through, and the employees are incredibly rude and have no concept of customer service. Coming from someone who has worked for over a year at Starbucks it is really shockingly easy to follow instructions printed on a label yet they consistently fail this simple task. On top of that they act like somehow I am rude for asking them to correctly make the overpriced drink I paid for. Even before I have any interaction with them often times they ignore you for 5+ minutes when waiting to pick up a mobile order that is already made and sitting there but they won’t allow you to grab it yourself (which makes sense as they have trouble reading instructions on drinks I guess they assume the public is unable to identify their own name on a label).
UPDATE I gotta say the employees have stepped up and I’ve had multiple much improved experiences this week so I upped that star rating to 2 stars, y’all keep it up and WHO KNOWS maybe you’ll be creeping up toward 3...
Read moreI'm from the arctic North, so I'm a Caribou Coffee gal, but they don't have those down here in Florida. So we hit up Starbucks once in a while. I've only been through the drive thru at this location. Each time, it's been packed, but the line moves quickly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Not in a "this is just my job friendly" kind of way, either. More in a genuinely kind and helpful type of way - yet they still keep the line moving whilst making a personal connection with each customer. That is skill. I've never been disappointed with their products. The only reason I've only given 4 stars is because whomever thought out that drive thru set up wasn't actually thinking. If you're coming into the parking lot off of SW Archer, accessing the drive thru lane when they're busy can be a nightmare - especially for those trying to exit towards the steakhouse to go East on Archer. They need to re-do that set up so that it's less chaotic and confusing. It's too busy to leave it be. Just my opinion. To be safe, enter via the street next to the steakhouse and not off of SW Archer if you plan on using the...
