I experienced misleading and confused information at this location. I placed my order the week before Thanksgiving and decided to pick it up on the 24th. When I arrived, a young African American girl employee asked for my name. I provided my name but she either did not hear me or did not understand. So, I politely spelt out my name. She walked away with an attitude and took some time to return. She then claimed that she could not find my order slip and then asked for the items that I would like to purchase. I told her ham, green bean casserole and sweet potatoes. She brought over the ham and began to ring me out. I said no, this order is not complete. I am still missing the green beans and sweet potatoes. She then went to their fridge and picked out the green beans and begin to ring me out again. I said look, I am still missing the sweet potatoes. She claimed they were out. I said ok, no problem. Do you have regular mashed potatoes? A different employee on the second register interrupted and said their count was low and only reserved orders can have the remaining potatoes. I said, well I placed my order on the phone last week. She and the African American girl left the counter and returned with a box of sweet potatoes and my order slip. The African American girl then began to point out on the slip that I did not order mashed potatoes. I said, I know I did not order regular mashed potatoes. I order sweet potatoes, but you told me you were out! So I asked for a substitution of regular potatoes. I am also happy to see you finally found my order slip.

I stopped in today to make my reservation for a ham next week. I usually just call them. I had no idea that they had such a menu for sandwich, soups and salads. I had the Tavern Club and I swear I believe it is the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Almost ate actually. I couldn't finish the sandwich due the size.

I cannot wait to pick up my Thanksgiving Ham next week. I AM STOKED!

The very helpful lady even told me when I was describing what I liked so much about the sandwich that the sauce I was describing is sold retail. I bought two bottles!

Always like to visit here for lunch when in town. Always has fresh ingredients to include very very fresh bread. Today was very different than most visits. When my sandwich was delivered, the bread was very stale almost like it had been lightly toasted, a second sandwich was made with more stale bread. Young lady working the cash register was very polite when I ask for a refund, however the other young lady appeared rude when delivering the food the second time after I said “thank you.” The tables also needed some attention which is not usual for this place.
