Took 15 minutes to get my food (the first* time). This was 10/30/2019 at 8:50pm Burger King #1363 according to my receipt. I ordered a Whopper w/cheese add onion, Impossible Whopper w/cheese add onions, large fry, and a dollar taco to try out--over $15. After I noticed my tray sitting there for a few minutes I asked the lady (Heather) if it was mine and if they were waiting for something (obviously it was missing the taco) but I was trying to be polite. She looked at me and raised a finger at me and sad one minute. a group of people had walked in and they weren't even the line but they were looking at the menu and I guess she thought they were going to order. Ok lol. About a minute later they came up to order. My now it's been 5 more minutes since I've been staring at my tray. I asked her again if that was my tray and she said they were waiting on something and then I saw her talk to the back. Another couple minutes later a taco was produced. I told her that my concern was that $15 of my food was getting cold while we were waiting on a one dollar taco. how do I was talkin I touch from the french fries and of course it was totally room temperature ie cold. I told her I was going to need to have that replaced and I'm most likely going to come back with the sandwiches after I do give them a try. She stared at me like I wasn't making sense. I took our sandwiches back and of course mine was cold but my wife's wasn't as cold and she said she'd deal with it because she's starving. And here's the kicker: the taco that we waited so long for that it made all of her food cold was completely greasy and soggy where the meat was touching and hard as a rock on the ship part where the meat wasn't touching. Know how long does a taco have to sit under a light for this to happen, exactly? so my $15 worth of food was waiting getting cold for a taco that have been sitting for however long it takes for the shell to get completely soggy where it was touching the meat and completely hard and discolored and burnt what are the meat wasn't touching?! I felt like I was getting pranked. Seriously, how is this even a thing? Well, even though my wife was content with her burger, I was the one who paid for it LOL and I would like hot food if I'm going to pay $15 for two sandwiches and some fries--and I don't even want to talk about the stupid taco. I went back up and she had my fries ready. Lol of course the container wasn't completely full, but whatever. Politely asked her to get me a fresh sandwich and showed her the taco and she gave me a look. Really? Lol I told her just to keep it; I have no use for something that wouldn't pass inspection. She gave me a weird kind of attitude which was basically was no attitude at all-- nothing just blank stares. Went back to sit with my wife while she ate and I had some fries but not too many because I wanted some with my burger when it came out. Finally the burger came out and she just handed it to me and walked away LOL. No sorry for giving you $15 worth of cold food, no sorry for the freaky taco someone made last night. Nothing. Read moreJosh the manager is just awful! He is a deer in headlights when the store is busy and many orders. He was so flustered and could not keep up with food, orders and tickets. He does not have and basic skills with talking to the workers or the customers. I was in complete shock when I went last week. Not returning! Once I got my food it was incorrect and cold!! I went to the counter and a sweet young girl was helping me and going to replace my meal but then the manager josh yelled at her in front of me and other workers and customers! Yelled at her, screamed!!! Like she was not a human being ! You don’t do that to people! She wasn’t doing anything wrong! He yelled at her so loudly everyone looked and ordered her to jump back on the other register and take orders. I was left alone and he turned his back to me and ignored me! The poor girl just had a look on her face to me. She was so sorry and sad, about to cry! Needless to say I didn’t get my correct food but that is fine because I couldn’t stay in that building with that mediocre imbecile of a person! Read moreThe system is ridiculous, and the staff present on August 2nd at 7:40 pm were so poorly trained in customer service. It was my first time ordering and paying online, so I went to the machine and asked the lady what to do. She asked me for my name and then told me the following exact 5 words, 'come to the second window,' which made sense as I had already ordered and paid online. I assumed my order was ready, and I could just take it and go home. There was a car paying at the first window and another one ordering at the other machine while I was talking to the lady. So, I drove to the second window, and the lady started yelling at me for skipping the line. Like, what the heck! Firstly, what is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in line? Secondly, I wouldn't have had any problem waiting in line if she had given clear instructions. That's why I asked! I didn't understand how the system worked. Thirdly, even if I was wrong, you shouldn't yell at customers... Seriously. If you dislike your job, try finding another one or educate yourself in customer service. I was so uncomfortable that I left without even looking at what she gave me, and guess what? She gave me a regular Whopper instead of the Impossible...
