Mezeh is one of my favorite places to eat and work from. From the moment you open the door you get a sense that the company believes in bringing you excellence in everything that they do. The first thing you notice is the aesthetics of the store, from the tall ceilings to the details on the walls, to beautiful hanging lights that make you feel as though you are treating yourself to a fine dining experience.
The customer service is equally as impressive, you are greeted by a hard-working, friendly, and knowledgable staff who guide you through the selection process of their wide-ranging selection of bases, proteins, toppings, and dressings. I have been visiting this store for years and I am always greeted as though it is my first time there. They are patient and make suggestions when I try something new, I am always trying out a new combination and I am never disappointed.
I am a big fan of all of their mixed green base, with red cabbage and cranberries and brown rice. For the proteins, I love to get the mouth-watering Spicy Lamb meatballs and the Chicken Kabob. They never waiver in the quality and freshness of the food and I never once had to return a plate, unlike other places. The toppings are where the real magic happens, I usually get the Turkish salad, Lebanese tabbouleh, and Israeli couscous. My finishing touches are a scoop of cilantro hummus, spicy feta, and caramelized eggplant with roasted vegetables. The food is bold and unique that fits everyone's diet. I can confidently bring my vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and keto friends here knowing that they will love the selection at an affordable price.
Their combination is bold and unlike anything else I have ever encountered even with some close competitors. The open kitchen provides you a view of the hard-working people behind the food who give you a sense that they are proud and care about serving you some of their delicious creations. There’s nothing ordinary about Mezeh’s belief in providing customers with a premium chef-driven fast-casual dining experience.
If I had to offer any suggestions for the stores, it would be to include more power outlets throughout the store to appeal to a customer base that loves to work on the go over some delicious food. I could spend my working day ordering more and...
Read moreI've been going to this Mezeh spot for at least 5 years. I used to go every sunday before catching a movie at AMC. I loved the food, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. But I've had some poor experiences that prevent me from going back. First it was when I ordered from uber eats, one of my drinks was missing, so I went to the store and told the workers. They were kind enough to give me a cup. I filled it up with what I thought was cucumber juice, but when I got in my car and took a sip, it tasted like warm water with a bit of soap. I was shocked that the worker who was watching me fill up my drink didn't have the courtesy to tell me it wasn't juice. After that experience, I stopped going to Mezeh for a long time, at least a year, maybe 2 years.
Today, I finally went back because they had a special BOGO deal on uber eats. At first, I was excited because I thought wow, 2 full bowls for $14. When I opened the bowl, I was surprised to see how small the portions were! It was half the size of the regular portions. I'm never buying it off uber eats again. I'm not even sure if I'll go back to Mezeh considering they're so many other great restaurants...
Read moreOMG...What a great list of selection for meats, veggies, grains, appetizers, and sauces... most items are top of the line.... I liked the number of choices, for reasonable prices. and I can say the portions are generous. You can as much veggies and appetizers as you like. However, I have some suggestions....
Putting everything on top of each other does not work for me. Who brought that culture to the food market? You should offer your great food in wider, but may be less deep, bowls / platters, that will allow you to serve your foods side by side, and let your customers enjoy them by seeing what they eat, instead of poring them on top of each other and making all the tastes got mixed with no meaning.
One thing I did not like is the Shug. Yes, you may be proud and confident, but it does not give me any pleasure of eating your Shug, although I love eating spicy up to a level. The type hotness of your peppers are not lovely. I like the spicy peppers that burn your throat, not your tongue. Go an try the red spread from CAVA. huge difference.
I will guess that Chipotle's business is in jeopardy because of the danger of the rise of...
