This Dunkin is the Most unorganized Restaurant Ever... I was an Emloyee of this establishment and I Opened the Store Everyday by Myself... I would come into Coffee Pots being Left on Hot Eyes with Some or NO Coffee in them, which is Dangerous, Nasty Dishes in the Sink, Tables Dirty, so on and So forth!! Take it from Me, you Do NOT want to Eat there or have Frozen Coolatas... they have a NASTY KNAT ISSUE, that they have yet to fix!!! They get ALL over the donuts and they Made Us Serve them Anyways!!! They were ONLY Paying Me $8/hr because we Also did Tip Share!! Well they took that Away and did not give raises in return!!! I Busted My Ass There and ALL I got Was Disrespected from Coworkers and the GM Jeanie Ragland! Read moreWent to this store location #345354 ordered a medium hot coffee with caramel, cream and sugar. Got to the window and they handed me an ice coffee. I advised that was not my order it was a hot coffee. They started to make the hot coffee and I asked is there a price difference between hot and iced. The cashier didn't know and asked a colleague the colleague pretended to look at the computer and said yes it the same price. I go to Dunkin all the time and order the same thing often and knew she was lying. So I asked for a refund. The manager refunded me for a hot coffee instead of the iced coffee that I got charged for in error. I advised I was charged for iced and it's clearly a difference in pricing between iced and hot. The manager proceeded to give me the correct amount back. (Very nice manager) I left Dunkin and went to Starbucks. I called up there and it took about 10 calls for them to even start hitting the FU button then when “Deidra” finally answered, she claims that she’s the GM over all the DD locations from Gallatin to Hendersonville, which she isn’t at all. I called the Hendersonville location and they even said they have had nothing but problems from the location in Gallatin and so many customers coming to them because the Gallatin location is so bad. They are just extremely rude and have no idea how to run a coffee shop. I don’t how this Deidra woman still has her job, especially in a manager position when she clearly can’t manage or just simply to lazy to do so.
