Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gallatin

I called and ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery to my grandchildren in Gallatin on a special of $11.99 each. They received 2 medium pizzas 2 hours later. I was told about it by my daughter and I called to complain but the Pizza Hut female worker said that they received large pizzas. She was rude and refused to let me talk to the manager who supposedly made the pizzas saying she was a manager too. I asked if the delivery person could have delivered the wrong pizzas and she asked him if he delivered large pizzas and I heard him say no before she hit the mute. She kept me on hold for awhile, I’m assuming so they could get their story straight, got back on telling me the driver delivered 2 lg pizzas. I told her these people know whether the pizzas are large or medium but she argued with me and said the only way she could fix it was for them to bring the pizzas to them. I told them they don’t have transportation and I am not driving 50 miles round trip to show her. This is the last time I order from this place. Edited review The main manager called and heard my complaint. She agreed that this issue wasn't handled correctly. She credited my account. We ordered pizza again tonight. It was perfect. The staff was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we were safisfied.

original review Order was not correct. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and once we got home it had absolutely no sauce. Secondly i ordered a ranch flight cheesy bite pizza with extra sauce... this pizza had minimal sauce but was missing part of the dipping sauces. Upon calling, I had the pleasure of speanking with Garrett, whom was less than helpful and was told he could credit my account for $10 since the whole puzza wasn't messed up. This pizza hut is the worst! Order our food at 5:03 p.m. for a future delivery at 6:30 p.m. At 6:50 I called to find out where my pizza was and they tell me they had tried to make a delivery at 5:30 p.m. and nobody answered the door. I said I know we weren't home that's why I wanted it delivered at 6:30 p.m. he said well I'm sorry I'll remake the pizza and it will be out in 55 mins. I said are you kidding me??? I have a 5 and a 3 year old that are waiting on pizza so we can carve pumpkins. He said 55 mins is the best I can do. I said well I'll come get it. He said it would be another 30 mins. I said can I talk to a manger? He said I am the manager. I said just cancel my order I'll go to papa John's. He said yea that is probably best! And then he hung up on me. I called Corp. This is the second time this has happened to me at this pizza hut and I've only tried to order there twice....
