Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Gallup

i came here on my way to traveling across the country and i went in to use the rest room before i went through the drive thru and i had to wait for a while for the previous person to come out of the restroom and when she did an employee came out the kitchen and RUDLY cut me off and went into the rest room in front of me and said "oh i just need to fix my hat" and proceeded to go into the restroom for quite a while, i let that go. but when i went through the drive thru the same girl took our order and when we were ordering she kept cutting us off and sighing while taking our order, when we arrived at the window she was there too and handed us our food and immediately shut the window, they forgot our sauce and our water and straws. so we got her attention and asked for the sauce but couldn't get another word out before she slammed the window shut in our face. so when she came back we had told her that we needed our water, and once again she shut the window in our face before we could get another word out. so we just decided to forget the straws if she was going to keep doing that. Where do I begin. Very few people were present when we got there, no one in line, LOTS of employees and yet still waited to have our order taken by a woman who had been cleaning. We were given a 'table' number so we proceeded to sit and wait. While waiting, a manager came out to ask a seemingly homeless person to leave, he had been asking a customer for money according to the customer. He spoke with us for a bit about my husband's piece of jewelry and while the conversation was happening, a number for an order was called. We wondered if it was our order, but the manager assured us that our food would be brought to the table. Sitting and watching numerous customers enter, order, and receive their food, we finally went to the counter to inquire about our order. Sure enough it had been the one called for over ten minutes prior. Needless to say it was cold, so half of it had to be redone. No apology was given, another homeless person was harassing customers again, the manager at one point left, and I ended up feeling very nauseous on the drive back to ABQ. HORRIBLE food & experience. We are a family of five that stops to eat here every time we go to our hometown, Farmington, NM. Food is always excellent, but I’m tired of their terrible service. We stopped to eat here on 11/26/2017, waited for 30 minutes before asking the manager about our order, she proceeded to tell me that they were busy and would have our order out shortly. After 1 hour of waiting they brought out an order to us that belonged to another table. When I notified them they all looked puzzled. Management didn’t apologize once, I requested my money back to which they responded with a very rude attitude “ Well, it will take 3-4 days to go back into your account; do you still want it? “No apology, no customer service, not even once did they try to make it right.
