Del Taco — Restaurant in Gallup

My husband and I will never go to dell taco in Gallup again cause we were in a good mood one night and the damm employee called the police on us and said we were drunk but it fired back at him cause we don't drink alcohol at all and the police officer told him to get our order done cuse he thought he wouldn't have to make the steak tacos and that same employee came outside and was cussing out a old native man and treating him for standing outside about 20 feet from his car and it was very very cold that night and that poor elderly man was just waiting for a ride so I recommend never ever go to Dell taco in Gallup N.M. and another thing they didn't get our order right and those that do drink be careful with that person they really need to get rid of him Be very careful his car is silver so if u see it...

There were only 2 employees working at lunchtime on a Sunday. The counter guy didn't ring our order correctly, but we didn't realize that until it was ready 15 minutes later. I asked for the missing item that was not rung in and the 2 water cups I paid .25 cents each for. I was given 1 cup and no taco. I waited to order the taco while my other food was getting cold, but no one ever came back to the register. I gave up and just ate the small burrito and decided to get food down the road. As we were leaving, we saw 2 staff come in with grocery bags of canned beans. Did it take 2 staff to buy beans? I've never waited that long for Del Taco and never left...

The supervisor was the one who got the ordee of my husband & my order too. I was specific with what i wanted to have for breakfast. I looked & read the menu right. When my order was ready, i was wondering why i had a small serving. The lady who was preparing explained to me that, that was what my order was. I just had to look at her blankly, accepted what they gave me. Sat & told myself that's it. That will be the last time we'll ever go there. My husband told me that the tecture of the beef that was given was dry & didn't taste fresh anymore. I have a feeling, this store will close either tg his year...
