Disappointed and Frustrated – Not the Panda Experience I’m Used To
I usually enjoy Panda Express and have been a fairly regular customer, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with the chain, and I felt compelled to share it.
To start, the portion sizes were shockingly small. One of my meals barely had more than a single decent bite of chicken the rest was just a few tiny scraps. The second meal wasn’t much better, with only about three bites of protein total. For the price I paid, I expected a proper meal, not a snack-sized serving. It felt completely overpriced for what I received.
On top of that, my order was wrong. I specifically asked for steamed rice, but was given fried rice instead. I understand mistakes happen, but what made it worse was the ordering process itself. The woman taking my order kept mishearing or misrepeating what I said, even after I repeated myself several times. It got so frustrating that I ended up skipping one item altogether because no matter how many times I said it, she kept repeating something else back to me. It felt like there was a serious lack of attention or patience, which made the whole process exhausting.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at Panda Express before. Normally, service is efficient and the food is consistent. This time, however, it felt like everything that could go wrong did. I left feeling frustrated, unsatisfied, and a bit ripped off.
I truly hope this was just a one-off experience, but it’s made me second-guess returning anytime soon especially if I’m going to pay full price for barely half a meal. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously, because loyal customers shouldn’t walk away feeling this...
Read moreI've got to say that me and EVERYONE in my party was equally impressed With this location. Perhaps we Arrived at the perfect time, but EVERY dish we ordered was prepared With Perfection!! See, I LOVE me some Panda express so I've got a pretty good idea how dishes usually come Out, the sauces are incredible, but the meat & vegetables can usually bé over or under cooked, its usually something, thats so common that I begun thinking thats how they're meant to be... But THIS LOCATION, we Were ALL left looking at each other like: "So this is how they're REALLY supposed to taste every time?!! " Honestly, the cooks working there right Now are truly impressive! Their Beijing Beef is a particular dish that I Love, but the meat is usually chewy & hard, but that day, the beef was Soft & Juicy. 🤤😋 We Live in Albuquerque so we Were just passing by, which is the worst part because I'd drive out There JUST for them if It wasn't an over 2hr drive... As far as the place, it looked really nice & clean, while dinning we watched several workers clean the counters & drink area at least twice. Everything was stocked, even the Soap in the bathroom. The cashier did cheap out on the condiments & would just give me 1 at a Time of things even When I'd phrase it Like: "can I get 2 chopsticks please" she'd still just hand me 1, but thats nothing new With Panda Express, I'm starting to think that its a policy issue. Other than that, we Were amazed at how a Panda should really bé ran. Great Job guys, I'll definetly stop by EVERYTIME im driving...

Her heart- my heart. Her soul sung life into mine. As the tree reaches for the sky, she reached out and gave me breath. She was a city to get lost in. A daydream from which I never woke. An expanse of the sublime. I would love her forever. My constant.
I was always looking for you, not knowing that it would blind me. Adrift on a sea of hope, I sought you out, clinging to the rays of your life. My constant.
What pittance can you place before the infinite? What gift can sit on the scales of such a love? I must be like the snow and wash myself of myself. For I have loved eternal, a love that seeks what is seeking it. My constant.
In this eternity, our love, her life, my life, they are but a moment. A flicker of our heart’s flame. And so I knew, I would have to take her somewhere special. I took her to Panda Express. 5 stars. The vegetable spring...
