Cool spot with live music- great staff great energy- no Montucky Cold Snacks but they were very accommodating- how were they accommodating?.. you may be wondering...well lend me an ear and some of your time and I will spin this yarn- their beer selection is displayed on the wall- if Lonestar in a bottle is an option for any true Texan- obvious choice- imagine my Chagrin when a can is placed before me- oh no my friend this shall not go unchecked or unnoticed- you can't dangle the first class seat and then set me down in coach-bless her heart- I didn't have to say a word -she read my face like a book- apparently a busy Mardi Gras crowd the previous weak had left them void of bottles- we were at a crossroads-the stakes were high-the bar fell eerily quiet...would she wither and fold beneath the pressure?! No sir-not today- she's got this-she reached down and produced a frosty pint glass like a Phoenix from the ashes of this Mardi Gras wasteland- the entire bar erupted with joy- the band played we are the champions as they carried her out into the streets on their shoulders...sadly never to be seen again..but if you close your eyes and dare to dream..her spirit lives on in every Cold pint glass. I did meet 2 interesting ladies- Regina and her faithful sidekick- we'll call her TJ- who were witness to this magical moment ✨️ we will always have that- that and $150 in uber charges-bc apparently when Regina orders shots you may blackout in your uber and go to the wrong address- what ever happened to Regina and TJ..that's a mystery..I believe they blinked out of there like Bewitched-but big ups to uber for delivering your boy safely to the proper...
Read moreTried to ask bar staff member about playing Band information because everyone in our group liked their performance and no information was displayed. Was mistreated by bar personnel like a criminal for asking for Band business info because staff member did not know where to find it. If your business staff cannot deliver to customer simple information requested, it is the problem of this business owners not their customers. Escorting from the place for asking a business card showed not only unprofessional behavior but also poor customer service of this business. Shame on all bar associates who was involved. I will never give any good reference to your business. Unprofessional treatment by bar staff to customer must be administratively punished. On your replied comment: your accusations are just unfair cover up for staff member who lied to you due to laziness and no simple customer service skills. After zero help, I kindly suggested to find the answer from Manager and got two bearded faces pupped in front of me accusing of things I didn’t do instead. I guess this is just a normal practice inside your business. Your team actions made me very uncomfortable and unsecured. I shared my experience about asking simple question that was never answered and about unfair mistreatment by your staff I didn’t...
Read moreUnfortunately we were stranded without power in north Houston !! So so after hours of calling 1-5 star hotels we found refuge in Galveston ! After checking in here I walked around and seen a somewhat empty Bar "3pm" and walked in and was immediately greeted!! The Bartender Reed, was one of the most respectful professional bar tender I ran into in along time !! It's hard nowadays in ANY PROFESSION for people to greet you with a HANDSHAKE AND THIER NAME !!! Reed makes sure I felt welcomed especially from being out of town. I asked what's the good local food spots to eat and he immediately whipped out a map and showed me multiple locations that had good food !! The bar had multiple selections of whiskey and beers as well to add! The atmosphere all around was very welcoming and recommend this bar...
