Hey guys yeah another restaurant getting zero Stars if I could give it to them.. Yeah I don't know if the owners of this particular Jack in the Box knows it you guys are claiming you're open 24 hours but your third shift employees are turning off all of your outside lights. Then pretending they are closed at night. My husband and I have tried multiple times to get food at y'all's restaurant. Your third shift employees won't answer the speaker they don't even turn your outside lights on. I looked on maps and you updated that your store is open 24 hours a day not even a week ago. I think you need to (!!!FIRE!!!) your night staff and hire you a new one. They're costing you and your store money. As for the night shift you guys should be ashamed of yourselves you do not deserve a job. I hope your boss fires you all. That includes the manager that lets them do it fire them all....... my husband or I will never come back to your Jack in the Box again. It's been nothing but a unpleasant experiences with your lazy night stuff.... Hey, I'm getting on here adding to my rating.    Read moreWe stopped here after a nice afternoon/night at the beach. The employees seemed to be so unhappy about working here. From the person who took our order sounding like she didn't want to be there, saying "is that all" after every meal order we placed (it was only 3 of us), to the person charging for the meals at the window with her mask hanging from one ear while I wore mine just like the window sign requested, to the person giving us our meals, complaining how she only got 3 hours of sleep, giving us our order incomplete. And asking me for the receipt to see if I was telling the truth about what was missing. When the person who charged me didn't even give me the receipt. Don't they have all these orders on the PC screen or something?! And the only hot thing we had in our meals were the stuffed jalapeños, everything else was cold, the curly fries were even hard. I wouldn't come back here even if they gave us free food for this...
