Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Galveston

Hey guys yeah another restaurant getting zero Stars if I could give it to them.. Yeah I don't know if the owners of this particular Jack in the Box knows it you guys are claiming you're open 24 hours but your third shift employees are turning off all of your outside lights. Then pretending they are closed at night. My husband and I have tried multiple times to get food at y'all's restaurant. Your third shift employees won't answer the speaker they don't even turn your outside lights on. I looked on maps and you updated that your store is open 24 hours a day not even a week ago. I think you need to (!!!FIRE!!!) your night staff and hire you a new one. They're costing you and your store money. As for the night shift you guys should be ashamed of yourselves you do not deserve a job. I hope your boss fires you all. That includes the manager that lets them do it fire them all....... my husband or I will never come back to your Jack in the Box again. It's been nothing but a unpleasant experiences with your lazy night stuff.... Hey, I'm getting on here adding to my rating. I'll meet my husband decided to give your store another chance And this is what I got..I'd give them a million Negative stars If I could.. Cause now they are thieves working there. I ordered a sausage croissant. They charged me for the more expensive extreme breakfast Croissant when I corrected them on their mistake. They didn't change it in their system and still charge me for the more expensive Sandwich. But serve me the cheaper Sandwich. Lazy employees with no customers other than myself won’t take my drive-thru order because they are “only taking digital orders” from Uber Eats and DoorDash. And no signage at the entrance of the drive-thru stating their drive-thru is only for online orders. So at the window when i politely suggested they put up a sign so people don’t get stuck in line for 15 minutes without being able to order, he yells at me as if it was my fault for not knowing about this location’s preference for online orders and them being short staffed. Karen in the Box is a grown man short staffed and getting mad and threatening to call the cops if i park there for literally 2-minutes (while no car is behind me) while i lookup a better fast food option to visit at this hour. —-And a less funny side note is the fact that recently a Jack in the Box employee forgot to fully cook their scrabbled eggs, so I got food poisoning for a whole week. Avian flu? Will never order any eggs from any Jack in the...

We stopped here after a nice afternoon/night at the beach. The employees seemed to be so unhappy about working here. From the person who took our order sounding like she didn't want to be there, saying "is that all" after every meal order we placed (it was only 3 of us), to the person charging for the meals at the window with her mask hanging from one ear while I wore mine just like the window sign requested, to the person giving us our meals, complaining how she only got 3 hours of sleep, giving us our order incomplete. And asking me for the receipt to see if I was telling the truth about what was missing. When the person who charged me didn't even give me the receipt. Don't they have all these orders on the PC screen or something?! And the only hot thing we had in our meals were the stuffed jalapeños, everything else was cold, the curly fries were even hard. I wouldn't come back here even if they gave us free food for this...
