Happy Holidays. It burdens me to be writing your establishment about my experience when I visited your store this morning. I went in Store #F172012 & immediately I felt my presence wasn't welcomed. Jessica, who took my order didn't respond when I said Good morning. She rudely asked, "What do you want?" I gave her my order. As she was preparing my to go order, I noticed she selected for me original recipe. I said, "excuse me I wanted Extra Crispy". She snapped back & said, Well, you didn't say that. I replied, Well, usually cashiers use suggestive selling & ask original or extra crispy. But I didn't. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything to drink, dessert, anything else to go with your order. Feeling uncomfortable I moved a little to the left so that I could watch her make my dinner for today. Thanksgiving. Where you'd think a little kindness & gratefulness by a person in service to others would show. Especially in a restaurant. As she was making my dinner, Jessica was doing so with an attitude. Slamming each piece of chicken in the box. Then on to the fries the same. When bagging the boxes into the carryout bag, the same. I'm almost scared to eat it, knowing how red her face turned without remorse of how she was handling me or the products I just purchased at your store. I WILL NEVER EVER visit that location again!!!! I hope you all find someone that loves to do their job serving others, treating customers as they appreciate their business, & that everyone is welcome, & without making them feel the way Jessica.. made me feel right now. Thank you for your time & Happy Holidays. Did I mention she came straight out of the parking lot where she was on the phone & proceeds to the register without the proper hand-washing requirements (Check your cameras!!!). What a $28 waste of time. I dont think I'll ever return to that...
Read moreI stop here at least once every time I visit Galveston, this is the first time I've ever had an issue. Their ice machine was out and the woman on the speaker box offered a free cookie or biscuit per meal for the inconvenience, asked us to pull up and wait for our food. Served other customers before handing us two cold famous bowls and no extras as promised for the inconvenience. I pulled back and asked why, and krystal said we'd only get the cookie or biscuit if we didnt get the drink that is slated to come with the meal anyway WITH ice. I work in customer service as a mechanic, and making promises you wont keep is a quick way to get fired or sued. Also serving food off temp or without drinks is a quick way to a lawsuit over a customer getting sick or choking. God forbid an old man order a meal, an extra biscuit, and choke on that biscuit because the staff had theirs heads too far in a dark corner of the human anatomy. Hope Krystal gets fired flat out. If not for lying to customers, for racial discrimination against hispanics. Debating on taking...
