Lost my medication for my cruise. My doctor sent a new script over. The two young ladies that helped me (as an out of state customer) and 2 insurances. The system gave them a bit of a hassle. Next thing I know there was an elderly man yelling at these girls, that they are not working their hardest and he was unhappy with the service. All she asked for was the last 4 of his phone number to help get him checked out and he started yelling more since he got a new phone and did not remember his phone number. That was not their fault! My husband kindly turned to him and tried to to explain that it was our insurance giving them a hard time. They were busy and working as quickly as they could. I was so impressed by Aniya and Korynn, they continued to help the man, was nice as could be to him and he was still being rude and causing a scene. These young ladies went above and beyond with their profession and continued to keep a smile on their faces. They truly deserve to be recognized for their hard work, professionalism and kindness. Let’s not forget with my insurance giving them a hard time they were still able to get my medication so I could make my cruise on time! No matter what happens from here ladies, keep your head up, keep those beautiful Smiles on your face and know.. we see you and appreciate you! You two have so much grind and dedication! The future is in your hands and you will go far in life!!

If I could give less than 0 star I would. The WORST customer service of any Walgreens or any pharmacy I have used in over 60 years. The staff, nor the store manager, cares about their customers. As a matter of fact, I think they've been thru numerous store managers and pharmacy managers who all have the same non caring attitude which flows down to the rest of their employees. They don't care that you have to wait 45 minutes at times to pick up a prescription, they don't care that they forgot to deliver your medicine that you pay for same day service and it's still sitting there four days later but do nothing to rectify it. They don't care that you sit on hold for excess of 15 minutes and then get disconnected multiple times. They don't care they are days late providing your medication. The most uncaring staff and management I have ever seen. I finally reached one person in their Corporate Customer Relations department that seemed to care who said she needed to escalate me to someone higher up. I received the same "I don't care attitude, you'll hear back from us in 24-72 hours". When I say there has to be someone who can get my medicine delivered that was supposed to have been delivered 4 days earlier since I paid for same day service, I'm put on hold again while "she'll see what she can do". Then proceeds to put me on hold only to be hung up on again with...

Extremely rude pharmacy TECHNICIAN! The pharmacy tech called me an inappropriate word, i literally recorded her on video, sent it to the corporate office and the next time i visited that same location she was still working and by the looks of her uniform had been promoted. She continued to harass me EVERYTIME i would arrive to pick up medication from the pharmacy. I visited with the manager of the store (recorded entire conversation) as the pharmacy tech continued to call me names and laugh with the same pharmacist and manager that I complained to. By nightfall I received non stop phone calls from this unprofessional pharmacy tech from the store etc playing on my phone. This should not be acceptable behavior from an employee representing a company. I asked that my prescription not be sent there anymore and somehow mistakenly it was sent anyway, reason that I ever went back after the first time being disrespected. I will continue to write letters to the corporate office until I...
