Worst customer service experience ever. My family and I ordered a total of 6 items, but only received 4. The confusion started when I ordered spicy tuna sushi, only to be told by a waitress that they only had spicy tuna and no regular tuna, which left me confused as I initially ordered spicy tuna. Nonetheless, we waited patiently for another 25 minutes, only to be informed that one of our orders hadn’t even been made.

We were already in a hurry and on a time crunch, so we requested to cancel the order. Then, when I inquired about my spicy tuna order assuming it was placed, the same waitress claimed they didn’t have spicy tuna, leading to a major miscommunication and further frustration due to the long wait.

To make matters worse, as we were about to leave and request a refund for the undelivered food, one of the waitresses abandoned us mid-assistance to tend to a wave of tourists, leaving us feeling ignored and neglected.
