Umibouzu — Restaurant in Garapan

Ok greeting as you enter but needs faster service to get you seated, especially when there's only a few customers. I am one of few that prefer to sit on the more traditional seating (floor) when dining in Japanese restaurant if available. The food is good! 😉 delicious and rich in flavor. Just fantastic. A few steps from the Crowne Plaza and Hyatt. Like being in Japan. Food is absolutely delicious and well presented. Staff is polite. Had the combo tempura with sashimi. Both were perfect and reasonably priced. With a draft Ashahi still cheaper than the mediocre breakfast at my hotel. Go, you won’t be disappointed. I could eat here...
