Beware diced bone-in chicken dishes. Most restaurants in the Mainland US serve boneless chicken. Saipan has a problem with bone-in chicken. You can't buy boneless in the grocery stores here. This restaurant makes things even worse by dicing the chicken with the bones still in it. This splinters the bones. I got a chicken take out and it took me nearly an hour to eat it since I was continuously taking out small bone fragments. To go along with my rice I ordered Kong boa chicken which was completely all red peanuts. Even after adding my white rice every single bite was peanuts that I ended up tossing it out.
Service is okay as long as you don’t ask for anything like soy sauce or duck sauce bc they will point to the sauces for your food and stating it’s “right there”
