This store is a franchise, owned and operated by Great Wolf Lodge, it does not reflect upon other franchise Dunkin Donuts. It is clear that Great Wolfe is just looking for a warm body to fill positions at this Dunkin Donuts. This is a hotel, that has two food options, their restaurant or Dunkin Donuts. They clearly don't understand what it means to provide any type of customer service. The staff are rude, specifically Rebecca. They don't know their product, they have trouble fulfilling orders efficiently and correctly. I have been to several other Dunkin's that are twice as busy as this one that can knock orders out all morning without an issue. I went here twice during our 4 day stay and they messed up the order both times, and I got a blank no response look from Rebecca each time. Their is a Panera in the parking lot of this particular Great Wolf I suggest you try their first. Great Wolf added Dunkin to increase their food revenue which it does on average about 10%. However it won't continue to increase revenue if they employee the staff that have their currently. I will not go to this Dunkin again, furthermore, I will not be going to Great Wolf in Traverse City again. I have other choices in my area that are in the water park business that know how to run a water park efficiently. This is all Great Wolf does they don't own other hotels, they were the benchmark at one time, they clearly have set the bar far...
Read moreI came to Great wolf lodge Friday September 12th to 13th. I love Dunkin donuts I order at least once a week in my local town. When I walked down to the Dunkin, I noticed you couldn't order in person. I asked the lady at the desk if I could order in person bc I knew they wouldn't have my coffee order on the kiosk. She told me no and that I had to use the kiosk to order the coffee I wanted. I told the woman I didn't know what was in a medium iced Carmel latte and she just stared at me and didn't say anything. I finally had to tell her to please come help me because I don't know how to order a Carmel iced latte. She recuntatly came over and tried to help but she had such a bad attitude. I told her three times I just wanted a medium iced Carmel latte. I told her I didn't know what was in those drinks because I have never asked. She told me what to order and I waited for my drink. They called my name and I tried the drink, it was nothing like my normal drink order. I let the woman at the desk know and she said that's how I ordered it. She was rude, not pleasant and no customer service. I will be calling corporate on Monday to complain about this employee. She needs to find a job in another field bc clearly customer service isn't...
Read moreConnie was rude. Was first to arrive when they opened at 6:30, not realizing you had to order at the kiosk. Waited 5 minutes at the counter being completely ignored by both employees, except for them glancing at me, when they finally told me I had to order my regular coffee and single donut from the kiosk. Asked Connie if they had half and half for the coffee cream, she literally rolled her eyes at me and said we have what you get at a restaurant. So I follow up if they had any kind of refrigerated milk or creamer for my coffee because that’s what I wanted, and she said yes and then proceeded to put something from a room temperature pump jug into my coffee (not what I asked for). Hands it to me and said you’re going to have to wait for your donut, I just got a bunch of coffee orders in. I was still there only one there, not a single soul around. I proceed to wait an additional 5 min for her to finish up the coffees for the other people who were no where to be found, and then she walks over, throws the donut in a bag and hands it to me and says sorry...
