Starbucks — Restaurant in Garfield Township

I'm severely disappointed in this Starbucks. Both my fiance and I ordered venti sized drinks that did not have the correct amount of espresso in them. My fiance actually brought his drink back and asked for it it to be remade. The barista wasn't even aware that she didn't put the correct amount of espresso; so either proper training isn't happening, or this Starbucks is scamming people out of their money to save on cost. Which is ironic because the computer that is being used to take everybody's order is no doubt from prehistoric times, even the barista commented on how slow it can get when it's busy. AND THEN, cherry on top, these poor baristas aren't allowed to accept tips!! You've gotta be kidding me, Starbucks! We received nothing but promptness and kindness from all who were behind the counter, even when we asked for the drink to be remade. Something needs to happen, Starbucks, and it better begin with allowing your hard working staff the tips they are repeatedly offered.. and probably some better equipment....

I don't give reviews, ever. This is the second time my simple drink was made by the unprofessional manager. I always get the Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew, first time I got it from her it didn't taste right and she argued with me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Continued to go there and dealt with a very nice girl a few times....I explained what had happened previously and then she said they had figured out what the issue was, they had gotten the recipe for the sweet cream wrong. I went in this morning, it tasted off again....made by the manager. Asked for more cream and it didn't make a difference. She's very unpleasant, never smiles. I didn't bother to complain. But seriously. I work in customer service, customer satisfaction is a must. Especially when your job is...

This place is nothing less than an employee break room for meijers and starbucks employees. Starbucks ppl sit on the far side n they'll shout job related talk over you. I came in the other day and at the counter girl says "were you in here before and left some empty bag n cup on the table"? Before I can so no the other girl says no no that's not him. I say "if it was me you'd call a customer out for that" her response "yes because I'm a mom" shes the one you can hear talk anywhere in the store...deserves a Darwin award. Most of the time the 3 or 4 girls are huddled up giggling and talking. I'd hate for them to have to clean up the lobby. Throw a cup away. You...
