We are regulars to Cane’s in general, and this is the second time we visited this particular location. The first time was through the drive through, probably a day or two after opening, and the experience wasn’t bad. I had ordered a large sweet tea on the side and 2 Caniac combos that also come with large sweet teas, but was given regular sizes. The cashier at the door gave me the large size and told me to keep the regular sizes which was nice. The second time I came here was with my 2 kids. When we walked in there were a lot of people, but most of them seemed to be employees coming or going for shifts or breaking for lunch. The girl that helped me at the register wasn’t quite sure what was going on because another girl had come up asking to switch out with her. I had to repeat my order a few time.. then the girl didn’t offer the receipt or hand me the cups, so the manager came up to finish out the order. I would say that for a newer Cane’s, everyone should be on their toes and ready to make a good impression to new customers and customers that frequent Cane’s anyway. Standing around socializing is ok, but it shouldn’t be the main purpose of being at work. If it’s a training thing that’s also understanding, but there seemed to me more socializing than anything else. I’d much rather drive to the Cane’s I regularly frequent because I know customer service is their top priority, not socializing between customers. I’ll say that I’ve been a new employee at several places and I know it’s about getting to know your coworkers and learning the job, but while at this Cane’s, it seemed excessive. One thing that was really hard to ignore was the employee either off shift or on lunch eating their lunch/dinner, and employees on the clock talking with them and joking around. I think even when my name was called for my order, the off clock employee repeated my name too. Very unprofessional. I hope to return here and see a fun atmosphere with a more professional demeanor from employees. Again, it’s ok to have fun and work, but be aware of customers and how your...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I stepped inside the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat.
Let's start with the star of the show: the chicken fingers. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? These succulent, golden-brown strips of chicken are simply out of this world. Each bite is a symphony of flavor and texture – perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. It's clear that Raising Cane's takes great care in selecting and preparing their chicken, because the quality is truly unmatched.
But it's not just about the chicken – the accompanying dipping sauce is a game-changer. The signature Cane's sauce is a heavenly blend of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors that perfectly complement the chicken. It's so addictive that I found myself dipping everything – fries, Texas toast, even my fingers – into it.
Speaking of fries and Texas toast, they deserve a shoutout of their own. The crinkle-cut fries are crispy and seasoned to perfection, while the Texas toast is soft, buttery, and downright irresistible. Together with the chicken fingers and sauce, they create a harmonious medley of flavors and textures that leave you craving more.
And let's not forget about the service. The staff at Raising Cane's are friendly, efficient, and genuinely passionate about providing a top-notch dining experience. From taking orders with a smile to ensuring that every detail is just right, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and satisfied.
In conclusion, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers has won me over with its delectable chicken fingers, mouthwatering sauce, and impeccable service. It's the perfect spot for anyone craving a delicious, no-fuss meal that hits all the right notes. I can't wait to come back for another round of...
Read moreAs someone that frequents Raising Cane’s often, I can say that this particular location has some of the most unprofessional staff of any location that I’ve ever been to. I went to grab lunch yesterday, walked in to a gentleman at one of the registers, presumably clocking in, he looked at me blankly, no greeting and then yelled to the back. Meanwhile another girl who was obviously clocked in also gave me a blank stare knowing that I’m there to order food and also no greeting. The person from the back finally made her way up to the front to take my order looking bothered. I order my normal 3-finger meal with 2 pieces of extra toast and 1 extra sauce. As I was waiting for my food, the woman that took my order yelled to somebody in the back that she was clocking out and in response someone in back made an abruptly loud laugh. Looking down the galley, it appeared that there was a group of staff joking about something. I got my food and noticed that I was short one of the piece of toast that I ordered. The person who delivered the food said that I only ordered one which I wasn’t trying to get out of paying but 100% I ordered two pieces. Then a pink haired manager comes over and show me the receipt ends again states that I did not order two extra pieces, to which my response was, the lady that took my order was ready to clock out and she made a mistake so it’s not that I did not order it, your person did not take my order correctly and again that I was not trying to get out of paying. I just wanted what I ordered. This was admittedly frustrating. Her response then was an eye roll and took my card to charge. Somebody needs to do some customer service training with these people....
