I was going to order $25-$30 worth of food it's not a lot. However, I changed my mind when the tenant that was taking the order in the drive thru told me that Jr Cheeseburger is not a 4 for $4. It's the first item on the list, and I telling him that it's the first item on the menu. After going back and forth four times, I told him, " If you don't know what is on the menu than I am not going to spend my money here because your going to mess with my food." He thank you sir have a nice day which is fine. However, if I am a manger for this location and run the 7pm shift. I would either have this person on another assignment, re-train or part ways. What is so funny, there where two cars in front of me and I saw them leave the line as soon as the start taking their orders. I am guessing I wasn't the only customer that got told the wrong information. Hope you guys can fix this because right now the reviews for this Wendy's is not really good. There needs to be some serious improvement, pretty sure the CEO would fine this unacceptable. Read moreUnfortunately, this Wendy's is not on my top list of fast food drive thrus in the area. Every other Wendy's I go to has predictable service and food. However, I have avoided this one for many years because of poor service over the years. Tonight I gave it a try again, and regrettably, it has not improved. The employees in the drive thru window were in a state of chaos. One secondary lady asked me if I had paid already, while the primary lady was running the register and trying to take orders at the same time, and was clearly overehelmed to the point where none of her coworkers knew if I had paid or not, because she had to stop and take the next person's order before processing my payment. There were employees standing around like they did not know what to do, while one lady seemed to be doing everything. This problem goes back years at this location. I don't know if it's a management problem or perhaps just the locale, but I will now go back to driving a few miles to another suburb's Wendy's for better service for a while. I believe in rewarding establishments with my business that provide good service. Still hoping this location will improve someday....
Read moreI know that I am past the age of eating fast food garbage. But I just wanted a small Burger to tide me over until I finished shopping at target. The only three items that were hot at this restaurant were the French fries, "Delicious By the way," the odd textured chicken nuggets and my companions temper. Sent Burgers back twice but stll came back lukewarm or cold. Tasted microwaved, wanted to throw up. Bad for the untrained staff too. We stood at the register 5 minutes, employees walked by several times but never took our order. The place was dirty, almost slipped on busted Katsup package. Other customers were giving them the evil eye for no service as well. I know I should have left as soon as I walked in but my stomach was growling too loud. No manager on duty, I guess they don't wear uniforms anymore because everyone had on street clothes and sweaters. One young man came out holding his private part and then wants to take our order didn't wash his hands or anything. Was a bad night to go anyway. Next time I'll just chew the gum that I had in my purse and not allow my companion to waste money no matter how small...
