Arby's — Restaurant in Gaylord

Ok 4 Stars for each category with narrow margins let's all agree. It's fast food and fast food can't actually be included in any five-star rating system. However it does fall within the old expressions of " what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and we all eat it but no one really thinks they are eating food. So I give Arby's a 4 star ⭐ for being open late 10pm friendly drive up window speaker understandable menu easy to navigate for atmosphere I can actually complement the outdoor drive through waiting line was very relaxing and quiet only one car ahead of me and non smoking section was void of children I highly recommend 10 pm dinning, bring your own candle for the dash board. I've never seen a more inviting or romantic parking lot so empty and quiet perfect place to eat beef and so I offered 4 Stars for service I included the convenience of late night available and the convenience of grabbing a quick bite friendly affordable did I mention friendly so I couldn't eat the what ever it was and still be alive so for those reasons I gave them a 4 Stars and now let's talk about why the dinning room is so dimmly lite that most people pulling into Arby's after dark and exit thinking it's closed. Is it because the employees intentionally discourage the customer's or perhaps it's just trying to save a couple bucks on electric. So if I had a opportunity to RATE stupidity I'd give them a minus 1 Star because even motel 6 leaves...

If you love to argue with the crew this is the place for you! They over stuff your bags to the point that they are ripping, next when they forget your food items they will hand it just right out the window without a bag. Furthermore, when you ask for your sauces the crew member will stand there and argue how they put it in your bag. Arby's is usually a good place to eat. Today was not the case. I'm not scoring them one star bc today they were slammed and the girl on the register was new. Another girl was trying to help her, the front, and probably the drive thru. They may have been short handed, not sure. They got my order wrong and took a very long time to address the issue.
