DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I’m a long time fan of the original Dominos pizza back where I grew up in Ypsilanti Michigan, home of the first Dominos Pizza. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Monaghan during a Walk for Mankind event hosted by Tom and his company. I was a teenager at this time and had raised hundreds of dollars in pledges for the charity, only to get into a serious bicycle accident a few nights before the charity event were to take place. I was deeply saddened that I was medically forbidden to perform the walk due to my medical state. Striving to see my pledges be allowed to be part of the event, I had reached out to the coordinator of the event to see if someone could walk in my place. Tom reached out to me personally to come see him at his then Ann Arbor corp office and talk with me about my situation. It was allowed to have my hard work and efforts to gain charitable pledges be fulfilled through another participant. I learned about Tom was down to earth, had a passion for people in need, and above all a honest man. Not only did he start a great pizza company but he gave inspiration for me to always do my best no matter what. Back at this time, Dominos represented these values at his stores. All team members seem to share his vision well.
WHY YOU SHOULD ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS: Fast forward to 2025. I am ashamed to say I have attempted to order from the Gaylord Mich Dominos location ONLY to find that Tom’s vision seemed to be a distant reality. The food quality and customer service are a very far cry from Tom’s dream. I had an issue with my order and attempted to provide the store a chance to rectify its wrongs, only to be ignored and the problem has gone unresolved. (I received an email with an unfelt apology and a gift card for more Dominos, this does not solve the problem and feels like a brush off). I’m disgusted with the Dominos store here in Gaylord and do not feel they deserve to have the Dominos name. At this point, I do not want any other customers to have to deal with a very unprofessional store with very poor quality. The pizza is worse than I have ever tasted as well as undercooked and the chicken wings were not normal. The meat content of the wings did not exist, it was full of fatty lard breaded on a very tiny wing. Do not spend any money at this location.
POOR STORE MANAGEMENT: I am displeased at the lack of response from not only the local store but also from the district. I have reached out twice without avail.
Tom, if you read this sir, I’m so sorry you have stores damaging the dream you dreamed. I will never forget meeting with you and I hope that some changes can happen to this store here in Gaylord as well as around the world that have not held up your vision.
NO MORE BANDAID GIFT CARDS: Once my issue is resolved and the quality of the food is back at the high standard as originally set by Tom’s standards, I may reconsider ordering from this store again some day, but it’s a pretty tall order for a failing store to get back to this level of integrity, passion, poise and quality without having to make major changes. The store owner knows exactly what I mean. Pay your employees fairly and reduce your salary and you will be surprised at the positive changes your store can make. Poor store level pay to employees is directly proportionate to overall quality. It’s not rocket science, it’s...

Read moreI understand Valentines Day is a very busy day, I used to work at a Pizza joint. We ordered over the phone for pick-up and arrived about 25 minutes after we called. After waiting inside for 10 minutes they told me it would be a total of about 1.5 hours wait time. We ordered a medium pizza with white sauce and two Mango Habanero sauces on the side. My wife loves that stuff I hate it lol. After waiting another 20 minutes inside we asked what the ETA was. They checked the boxes and realized it had been in the done section for about 20 minutes🤦♂️🤷♂️ Opened it and the Entire pizza was covered in mango Habanero sauce in addition to the two sauces on the side. Too long to wait for a replacement and still had to pay full price. I got a free cherry coke from the nice lady working the cash register though, so...
