Wife had some gift cards so we decided to go use them. Arrived 3/10/19 at 3:28 pm. Stood at hostess stand for 6 min waiting on someone to even ask how many. Girl grabbed 2 menus and oops, please wait while I clear a table. The front half on the right had ALL the tables still with dishes, or had been cleared but not even wiped down. She wiped ours down, the seat was soaked, and so was the table. Glad the table behind me was not cleared as there were still fresh napkins to dry off our table. Next, we waited for over 10 min before our waitress even came up to us. I was watching her the whole time with tables on the other side of the wall. She seen me, and did not even say be with you in a min. She came over, we wanted the Irish drink with Jameson whisky, but she said they were all out. How the hell is that possible. Manager should of known where they were on Saturday and bought some for Sunday if need be. Ordered a Large beer. Came over to us and mine was literally an inch to inch and half lower than top of the glass. Wife's was poured correctly. We had ordered a cheese dip kind of thing and we also ordered each the 3 appetizer plate with buffalo , burgers and the egg rolls. Cheese dip finally arrived and it was cold, cheese already started to harden up so had to cut it with a fork to put on our chips. What a joke. I watched the waitress dealing with a customer that came in after us, and they had their chip appetizer 5 min before we received ours. 3 min after we received our cheese, they were already giving us our food. Burgers were burnt. Mini fricking burgers. How to mess that up. My wife's egg rolls were supposed to be cut diagonal, and yet they were cut straight. The boneless wings had sauce that was very sour tasting. Our waitress was checking on us about every 20 min it seemed. Was watching my time on my phone next to me. Very bad service all around. I had just been to the Hutto location 2 times in the past week, and their service was way better, and food much better. You could tell it was shift change at 4 pm as the manager all of a sudden showed up and started to clear tables. I watched how 2 or 3 families waited 5 min or more to be recognized by a server or the manager. No clue where the hostess went. The next shift manager did not look happy. The next shift servers did not even look happy as they had to come on to work and clear their tables from the previous shifts laziness. I will not eat...

Read moreI ordered Chilis, as i do every weekend. I got a text that my order was ready. I pulled into a spot and sent notification of my arrival. 10 minutes later when no one came, I walked inside to see what the hold up was. After standing there and being ignored, I waved someone down for help. A young man notified the lady who had been obviously ignoring me and she rolled her eyes at him as she walked past me and put an order on the Door Dash rack... She grabbed my food, that had been sitting on the warmer, and came over for me to check out. After visual inspection of my food, because I ordered cheesecake and it had been on the warmer, I questioned the amount of cheese curds in my order (since I place the same order from this location every weekend, I knew there was easily half the amount I normally get). The curbside cashier went to find the manager who basically brushed off the entire situation and said "it's the right amount". I decided not to get them and requested they be taken off my order. When the manager came to remove them from the ticket, she never addressed me or the situation at all. She came, removed them, obviously agitated, from the ticket and walked away. I left feeling quite underserved with my partial order, that now only contained warm cheese cake and an overcooked Ribeye... my utensils were melted beyond being able to be used. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Chili's. Enough so that I will not be returning. I'm giving two stars because it was edible. I DID pay for it and eat it and I've not ALWAYS had poor service there. Maybe EVERYONE there was having a bad day.. understandable... But as someone willing to spend 30 bucks for a solo lunch... It won't be...
