After attending BIBLE STUDY on 9-2-2020 WEDNESDAY night, my family & I decided that we'd eat at OUR FAVORITE SPOT "BURGER KING!!" at 8:45pm I called our SPECIAL SPOT the BK in georgetown tx ((my kids & I visit here at least once or twice a week)) I asked if their lobby was opened still? I was told "WE'VE ALREADY CLEANED OUR LOBBY"... "Ooooh okay", I said & SO I ASKED again!! "Well, WHAT TIME DOES THE LOBBY CLOSE?" HE SAID "WELL IT DEPENDS ON IF OUR LOBBY IS BUSY OR HOW DIRTY IT IS" THEN I SAID "WHAT TIME DO YOU GUYS CLOSE?" HE SAID "11PM" LOL 😆 THEN I ASKED AGAIN "Well WHAT TIME DOES THE LOBBY CLOSE?" HE SAID "AT 10PM" LOL 😆 I said ok thank you!!
Hung the phone up & decided to TAKE OUR FAMILY OF 10 (((a meal totaling $80.00))) TO WHATABURGER....
I WAS SOOOOOOO ANNOYED WITH THE FACT THAT I HAD TO PLAY RING AROUND THE ROSEY BEFORE GETTING THE OPERATION HOURS OF THEIR LOBBY!!
IT WAS MORE THAN OBVIOUS THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE LOBBY AGAIN.... BUT HOW DO YOU AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE DOWN THE LOBBY HOURS BEFORE THE ACTUALLY CLOSING TIME???

So I decide well looks like I don't have to make lunch at home today it's Friday why not roll down to the burger place upon arrival I open the application I explain at the drive through that I would like to use this coupon they didn't understand what I was saying so I then pulled up. They asked for the coupon code the application is not working apparently at the moment but it is showing the offer just not the code . I arrived at the burger King in Georgetown tx I went through the drive thru to order food, as I get up to the first window to pay I received my order...as I sat in the drive thru to check my burger for a quick second. due to the fact that every time I come it's always something they don't get right. Like what I ask for onto my burger, or the fries seams as if they sat under the warmer too long,or I get part of my order, or the wrong drink. Anyway as I tell the lady in the window thank you! I hear a guy yell out "what are they doing tell them to hurry up" 😡😡 and I just pulled up to the second window and it turns out it was the GM or the Manager of the store. That made the very rude and uncalled for COMMENT HE SAID. So I waved my hand TO GET HIS ATTENTION TO INFORM HIM THAT I HEARD HIS RUDE COMMENT AND AS HIS CUSTOMER I SHOULD BE SERVED WITH PATIENCE AND RESPECT! "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" .
