Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgetown

I placed my order at 5:53 pm and immediately left to go pick it up (I live 15-20 minutes from the store).

I arrived at 6:12 pm. The app said my order was ready for pickup (curbside delivery) as of 6:05 pm.

I clicked the "I'm here" button on the app, responded to their automated text system with "HERE", turned my hazard lights on, and called the store number as the sign at the door instructed. I received an automated message asking if I was calling to check on the status of my order, I said yes, and the system said it was complete and would be out shortly.

I did everything I was supposed to do to notify Domino's I was ready to pick up my food.

Other curbside delivery customers were also waiting, when I arrived, and also seemed to have trouble getting an employee to bring out their food. It seems like there was nobody checking which cars were there, or trying to get food out to customers promptly. I waited and waited. I can understand on a Saturday night it might take 5-10 minutes for your pickup position in the queue to be reached, as there were other customers waiting too.

By 6:26 pm I decided to call again and try to get past the automated system to speak to a person inside (takes a few minutes). When I finally talked to someone they transferred me to a manager who told me they would send my food out asap.

I did not receive my food until 6:30 pm (18 minutes after I arrived). By the time I got home, the cheese on the pizza was no longer hot or melt-y. It was barely lukewarm. You could tell it had been out of the oven and sitting in the store under some warming system for 25 minutes.

It is clear the Domino's Pizza location in Georgetown does not have a functional or efficient system for curbside delivery, or their employees purposefully ignore the systems Domino's has put into place for them to use. I cannot recommend visiting this establishment during the COVID-19 pandemic, unless they drastically improve their customer...

Lol tried these guys one last time December 2022 and that'll be it forever... Long delivery wait time, cold pizza and appetizers... This place might be the worst domino's in the country 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

August 2020 and have to bring this rating back down to where it belongs after the last few orders then this Saturday night, waited almost 3 hours and had to call them to be told we're backed up ( yea no $hi# ) so then after still hearing nothing and needing some food for the family called back and no timeframe so we asked to just come pick it up and they said yes it'll be ready in 10, waited much longer then got the food that looked to be sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours, plenty of other pizza options so won't be giving business to this spot again...

Back to a 5 star rating after the last couple orders... Delivery was quick and the various items ordered for the family everything was hot and fresh, hopefully they keep up this standard, ain't tough but it's not easy too 😉

Havechange this rating from 4 to a 3 after tonight's order.... This place is just dead average, at times it's a 5 star but consistently well below and we keep giving them a chance.... Ain't too much to choose from in Georgetown..

Well after a December order late night while packing to go out of town I'll have to raise their rating back up to a 4, they were very quick, food was on point and...

Placed an order online with the app at 10:11 pm. Followed the process with the online tracker. At 10:23 my order was out of the oven and being Quality Checked by Christian. At 11:08 it was still being Quality Checked by Christian. Called the store, the automated answering service knew my order by my phone number, said it was waiting for a driver. At 11:10 then ENTIRE process began again. Watched it through baking process, then back to Quality Check with Christian at 11:20. At 11:36pm it was still being Quality Checked. I placed another call to the store, where I spoke with a girl and I asked if I would be receiving my food tonight, I was told it was out for delivery. As soon as I hung up, got a notification that it was out for delivery, but my driver couldn’t be tracked. It is 11:57pm, my address is 2 minutes from the store, still no pizza. I am moving and I have been packing all day, I am exhausted and ready to eat, looks like I won’t eat today....
