Update: I tried to order but the website would not allow me to do so because my zip code is showing incorrectly. I tried to edit - didn't work. Called the Georgetown Mr. Gattis and was told to install the app. I did this and once again, couldn't order for the same reason. I call back and am then told I am outside of their delivery area, which I know is not true based on the many many orders we have placed. At this point, 30 minutes after I originally tried to order, they offer to take my order (even though it's past the time to place an order over the phone is what the person tells me as if they are doing me a favor). When I ask if I will still be able to use the coupon I am told no because that can only be used online. I then tell the guy that no thank you and hang up. It's definitely the last time I am ordering from Mr. Gattis. This is ridiculous Mr. Gattis has always been my favorite, probably biased based on my youthful memories. Yes, the quality has suffered greatly. However I have hung on .... BUT the franchise as a whole must have changed vendors for the pepperoni. It has a very different flavor and texture. Not a fan. It’s 7Pm. I entered and asked the front desk girl working (about 20 yrs old) if they are answering phones tonight. She says yes but they are waiting to get caught up. I show her my phone which had almost 30 min of duration on it, and said “well you for sure haven’t answered your phone once in 30 minutes, and probably longer! She said they had 3 people working only. Ok, so I place an order for one pizza. Wait 25 min for it, and in the meantime, I hear the phone right several times. Nobody ever answered the phone. Read moreThis review is for a delivery experience, not pickup in store. Recently I pre-ordered pizzas to be delivered to our house for a party. The pizzas were supposed to be delivered at 5:30PM. At 5:40PM I called to see if they had left the store, right as I called I received a text that Door Dash was going to pick up & deliver. The Door Dash stated pick-up at 5:50 deliver by 6:04PM. What happened, per the app. was the pizzas were picked up at 5:50PM but did not make it to my house until 6:40PM - I live less than 6 miles away. The people working for Door Dash did not respond to my texts. Once they arrived the drivers spoke zero English which now I understand why they didn't respond to my texts, and also I couldn't get a story to why 50 minutes to drive 6 miles.
