Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Georgia

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was at the Mall of Georgia location today with my children and mom. We ordered our drinks and pretzels and specified no whipped cream on one of the drinks. The cashier was rude the entire interaction from the greeting (non-existent). She started making our drinks and put whipped cream on both drinks. We called attention to it and she just looked at us and said "oh well" and proceeded to hand over both drinks. I asked for a new drink or to remove the whipped cream and she simply rolled her eyes and dumped out the whipped cream in the drink machine overflow. The manager corrected her about leaving it there, to which she turns and points at us and says " well someone told me to take it off" and kept muttering to her coworkers. This was completely unacceptable and child-like behavior, in which my children witnessed. It's really sad because this is one of my favorite spots in the mall, but after this interaction, I will not return. Unfortunately, based on the terrible reviews, this seems to be the standard of this...

Rude lady I asked for a refund cause the food was not cooked all the way after we waited 10 minutes to make the food and still wasn’t done correctly 38$ worth of none cooked food she gone tell me they have applications so I can get a job I don’t need no job first off not from you and second I’m not even from Atlanta she has poor customer service skills. I asked for my receipt back after she said she so called refunded it she said no she threw it in the trash and she not digging in the trash for it so I said okay give me the trash I’m get it she said no she gave the person I was with a receipt showing I paid for 3 drinks not showing no refund.Also her and here little workers laughing and talking about like it’s funny but if me are kids would of got sick it would be a big law suit on your company for not properly cooking your products correctly. And yes you got cussed out the next step you need...

This is next to a ride arcade, train stop and playground for kids. Change machine was broken for the ride arcade so I came here to buy pretzel bites for the kids. I used cash and ask if one of the dollar bills can be changed for 4 quarters. Staff said no. I said change machine is broken and I just wanna turn it on for my kids. Staff said no they can only dispense what it says. I ended up making a 2nd transaction for a dip so I have 4 quarters.

Like really? I can understand declining non paying customers...I'm paying $6 for essentially flour and water. They position themselves next to kids area, banking on kids begging parents for a snack and they can't have a little customer service?

Plenty of other snack places in the mall that don't have policies set...
