I just came from Taco Bell at Eagles Landing and had the worst experience. It’s late I’m just getting home and ordered food for my daughter and I. I get home and realized they gave me the wrong order and immediately went back. Mind you I’m tired and it is storming outside. I get back to the drive through and tell them they gave me the wrong order and they were instantly rude to me. They asked me if I had the food with me, how long ago was my order, how much did I pay, etc. this was all through the speaker. When I got to the window they still kept repeating the wrong order. I asked them if they could make over my whole order which was 2 meals because at this point now 30 minutes passed and I did not want to eat cold food. They refused because they stated the only had one of the meals wrong and I should’ve ate the other one. They expected me to sit and eat my meal in front of my daughter and then I guess come back so they could fix the other order after? The person at the window stated he was the manager. I asked him for the number to customer service since it was not posted on the establishment and an employee standing behind him (being the manager) to the manager that there is no number to customer service because they are a franchise. I requested a refund, which they finally provided, I wasted at this point almost an hour of my time to still not have any food. This is unacceptable to live in a neighborhood and have such poor customer service at your local business. These fast food restaurants get away with horrible service. I will not patronize this restaurant...
Read moreI ordered the grilled cheese deluxe box, on the menu in the drive thru it stated that it came with the soft chicken cantina taco, chalupa, burrito, cinnamon twist and medium drink. I opted for a dragon fruit freeze for my drink. When I received my food, instead of the chicken cantina taco there was a Doritos locos taco and nachos. I pulled back around to let the guy know my order was wrong. He proceeded to tell me no and that I had gotten what I ordered. I told him again what I had ordered and spoke to me as if I didn’t know how to read. I remained calm despite how rude he was treating me and read to him verbatim what it said was included off of the menu and took a picture of it. He told me to pull around stating that he didn’t have time for me with this as they had other customers. So I drove around to show him the picture, he would not read it and persisted that he knows what on the menu. As I was trying to explain to him what’s more he told me that I got what I asked for and he will waste no more time talking to me and slammed the window in my face. I was persistent because I knew what I read and still have the menu picture for reference, but I never raised my voice and tried to reason with him. I didn’t even ask to be refunded for being given the wrong food. But I’ve never felt so degraded in my life just trying to place and get an order corrected. I typically don’t make complaints for something so trivial, but sometimes people don’t forget how they were...

This is my worst experience at a Taco Bell. I purchased the rolled chicken taco box as well as two additional rolled chicken tacos. The rolled tacos were so overcooked that the chicken inside was burnt to a crisp and literally looked like a link sausage. They also were drenched in grease.
I immediately attempted to reach someone at the store over 5 times and kept receiving a full voicemail message. I finally drove back to the store after my meal was ruined as a result of the burnt/overcooked food. In addition to the horrible food, the bag that they put the rolled tacos had grease rolling down on both sides. To my surprise, the person who identified himself as the manager, was argumentative with me about the rolled tacos.
I would have been satisfied had they agreed to make my food right instead of trying to shove horrible food down my throat. That was a simple fix to make the customer happy. The only conclusion that I can draw from my experience there is that they don't care about providing quality food, customer service, or customer satisfaction. No one answers the phone for extended periods of time and the voicemail is full which indicates that it is not answered. I made several attempts to reach the manager the following day but the voicemail continued to be full. Compared to other Taco Bells that I have visited, this one ranks at the bottom of the barrel. I wasted my hard earned money and ruined...
