This will be a quick review because I have a movie to catch. I'm going to see "Twisters" (thoroughly excited). However, excitement is the least bit of credibility I can give this location. You can cut the slightest tension with a knife (or plastic knife), literally. It was like walking into an awkward, uneasy love scene at the beginning of a movie. Yikes!! What you do know is that judging by the chill atmosphere and aroma of the food. The food would be at best delicious and it was. The red pepper aoili burrito flavors were top notch. However, the only thing flavorless was the service. It felt a tad bit uncompanionable and standoffish. By the way, it was my first time there (in case you were wondering). But I digress. The overall counter experience was, yes, luke-warm, but maybe the lady that was serving me was over with her day (or didn't want to be there, otherwise). Or maybe the guys at the counter were interested in other things. Let just say that giving just the price of the meal is NOT outstanding customer service, no matter what your job requires of you. No one is looking for the best experience ever, but ideally, you're looking forward to an a best. engaging experience, nonetheless. That wasn't there tonight. Again, this is just an over-glaring observation, something you can experience for yourself.
But - hey, if you are there for just the food...
Read moreLet me start by saying that if you're looking for birria tacos this is NOT the place to go to. The birria tacos I had from this place was by far the worst birria tacos I've ever eaten. I'm used to going to authentic Mexican restaurants. I walked in and saw Indian people working, but still gave them a try because people of all races cook different types of food. The cultural difference was apparent once the guy started making my food. The tortilla shells were never dipped in any consume- just slapped on the grill dry. They advertise how they grill the cheese on the outside of their shells, but fail to share that they DON'T put cheese on the INSIDE of the tacos. Nooooooo. The ingredients of a birria taco other than the meat are onions, cilantro, and CHEESE. No cheese and barely any cilantro on mine. Smh. The supposed consume was a weird flavored sauce that was thick like a gravy and not brothy like a normal consume. I was not given any type of salsa, sauce, or limes. I had to try and make the best of the tacos once I got home with the extra sauces that I had from my recent visit to the Mexican restaurant. Smh. I will NOT be returning and don't recommend their birria tacos if you're used to authentic birria. Trust me, you'll be...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent order I placed through your service.
I used a free delivery reward (costing me 50 loyalty points) to place an order, which was confirmed as a delivery. However, after I paid, the order was unexpectedly changed to pickup without my consent or any notification. I only discovered this after the fact.
When I called the store, I was told: • The order could not be canceled or changed. • I would not be refunded. • There was no resolution or accommodation offered, despite me already having paid.
As a result: • I did not receive the food I ordered. • I am now out of the money I spent on the order. • I lost 50 loyalty points for a delivery that never happened. • I experienced poor customer service with no willingness to resolve the issue.
This situation is completely unacceptable and feels like a misuse of both my money and loyalty. I respectfully request the following: A full refund of my order. A restoration of my 50 loyalty points. Accountability from the store location for the unacceptable...
