I had went to this Burger King and it did NOT rule. I was shirt’s greeted with the general manager and at first I thought I was going to have a welcoming experience but once I was greeted with low energy and a smack of her teeth I knew it would not be. I chose to ignore that and proceeded to a simple order of a small drink and a HIC mix with sprite. There was no sprite just HIC I ignored the error AGAIN. Then I received my fry’s sorry I meant scrapping a of fry’s left. Then I proceeded to have to pay an additional 44 cents for TWO SAUCES and when I came to ask for a refill I was told I had to pay for another small drink! I’ve never had this problem at this location! Even after I informed the GENERAL MANAGER about the error in my drink she proceeded to gaslight me and tell me she made it correctly…how are you gonna gaslight my tastebuds? I ordered these as a meal, both with large sides of the mixed side that comes with onion rings and fries. Didn't get any onion rings. My first contact, about the burgers with you did nothing. My second did nothing. Then I realized we also didn't get onion rings so I contacted support yet again. They offered a $10 bonus, which I was led to believe just covered the onion rings. Then I contacted support again about the burgers and they responded with the fact they already offered me a $10 for the onion rings. I contacted them for the fifth time about the burgers and never heard back. Then they have the audacity to ask me how I felt about their customer service resolution???
