I bought two items from this store on the same day, on their store credit card. Both items broke. I returned to the store, since I purchased their “insurance” only to discover they couldn’t find my receipt in their system. Although the lady tried to search for the receipt, she couldn’t find it and suggest I tried another location. Nicki is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE, i always shop at banter, but I will never shop here ever again because her nasty behavior was unacceptable. I also called and watched from a distance to see if she or her coworkers will answer the phone and they ignored it each time and continued to talk to one another (I called five times) and finally by the 6th call she answered and also gave attitude through the phone.
