I order from door dash today at 11 am for a 12 drop off and the store was under staff and running 2 hrs behind. They continued to accept online orders with 2 employees running a store, with about 30 people standing in line. No information was sent to online orders as to why there was a delay. This is a problem when the store is short staffed and people only get so long for lunch. I drove to the store to find out where my food was, this is when I found out there is only 2 people working. If the store is short staffed do not allow online orders to be placed. Chicken salad chicks profits are not more important than the mental health of its already short staff. The manager was as helpful as could be given the circumstances. I love Chicken salad chick but I do not think I will be a customer again. If you only have 2 employees do not accept online orders. This causes unneeded stress on patron and employee. I feel bad for Matt (manager) and his staff today. Please do better Chicken...

Was so happy to see there was a Chicken Salad Chick not even minutes from the hotel and excited for them to finally try it! Unfortunately that excitement quickly turned to disappointment. We went there for lunch and ordered it to go and ate at the hotel. I ordered the Dixie Chick like I usually do, but the onion in it was SO gross! I could not even eat it! I ended up throwing my entire box in the trash because that’s where it belonged. The onion wasn’t chopped up finely like it usually is, there were big chucks of it in there and it was so dried out and tasted old. The grapes in the grape salad were nasty and mushy. Read morewell, i would give this less than one star because i didn’t even get to eat anything. we preordered several days ago for christmas eve (would be picking up the day before). i just received a call saying that my order was cancelled due to “equipment failure” and the store is closed (i also received an email regarding order cancellation). they did say that i can order at another location but when i went to order, the item we originally wanted is not available. i was not offered any compensation for this extreme inconvenience. nor did they offer to transfer my order to that other location. i’m extremely disappointed about their customer service. we were counting on this order to be fulfilled. i would hate for anyone else to have a party planned and not have any food because their order was cancelled last minute. this was supposed to be stress free. especially during...
