This was by far one of the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I placed my order for a 3 piece mixed. When I got my ticket there was a charge for 10.99. I went back to the counter to ask if the price on the board for 8.49 mixed was correct and to get my cup. After going back and forth with the guy on the register, the lady upfront said there is extra charge for white meat(which is why I ordered mixed). I requested to change my order. This is when I started getting the attitudes. This is when the lady (Shanice) started saying she don't have time for this, we are understaffed, etc... and talking rudely & out loud at the staff about not doing their job right and tired of the customers looking at her and asking questions. After all of the rudeness, poor customer service and disrespect, I kindly asked for my money back. I was told I had to wait until he finished waiting on the other customers (8-10ish). So after being ignored, I got back in line behind the last customer. When I got back to the counter I gave the guy my receipts and he asked for the 32 oz cup. As I was sitting the cup on the counter, he slapped the cup to the floor with a nasty attitude. I turned the receipts around to take a picture to make sure I got the correct refund. He got upset because I turned the receipts to take picture and made me wait again for the refund. So very unprofessional business. When I asked for the manager I was lied to about who the manager was. The customer service is at it's worst. I don't know what is going on at this business But the owner definitely need to get a handle on the operation of this store sooner than later or it will be run out of business...

Pros: Hot and good "as expected" Church's chicken. The every Wednesday $5 eight (8) piece special is my favorite (just raised it to $5.99) The staff is always friendly. Come early on specials days - it gets crowded inside and out during after work hours.
Cons: Staff seems over worked a little, moving at a medium to slow rate. You will have to wait, expect it. During busy hours, you'll wait longer than you like. They commonly ONLY have one register open, one cashier for the lobby and two working the drive-thru. I have never dined in, but the facilities are a little outdated. Although it's kept neat and clean, it can use a renovation yesterday.
Suggestions: Today it's raining very bad. There were two (2) out of the three sets of doors locked and blocked. I asked why and was told that they are broken. This has happened before. I filed a complaint on their website to get these doors fixed and to renovate this location. Feel free to do the same. I appreciate this location being here and all the employee's that work here. Read moreI ordered 12 pieces mixed family meal I also ordered pepper pack I didn’t check my food when I got home I didn’t have my pepper pack, I called the store spoke with manager I was told next time I was area they would replace pepper pack, Today I ordered a meal and I told the manager that was on duty that I was told next time I come to store they would replace pepper pack! Manger that was on duty She told me well…. It’s been 2 weeks I can’t replace the peppers, she looked back and asked employee how much is pepper pack, she said it’s was only about 2.50 it’s nothing we can do… I called corporate I don’t care if it was dollar it’s money! And manger walked away shaking her head talking to other employees…. The moral of the story is I felt very disrespectful and as a manager these companies need to evaluate who is representing and responsible for the store experience, I called corporate they apologized to me for the type experience I experienced and will accommodate me! As a leader you should know how to talk and show respect to customers as for this ghetto church’s chicken I will never eat there again. You don’t take no one money and say Oh well it’s your lost very misrepresentation poor leadership...
