Crumbl — Restaurant in Georgia

I normally go to different crumbl but decided to go the opposite direction and try this one today and that was a bad idea. First I was in and stand in the pickup area to pickup my order I placed on the app and there are 5 workers there and noone acknowledges me or even says hello, give us a minute. NOTHING. A few minutes later a white couple comes in and stand at the register and within 30 seconds the worker Carys approaches them, greets them, and takes their order. while taking their order another white gentlemen comes in and stand in the pick up area where I am. Once Carys finished taking the couples order she approaches the other gentleman standing near me and ask him what he needs and gets his pickup order, she then comes to me LAST although I was the FIRST and only person in the store at the time and ask me am i here to pick up an order, (why YES I AM, why else would i be standing in the pickup area for 10 minutes). I responded to her, Yes I am and I find it ironic that I was the first person here and I am the last person you even acknowledged and she just says OH and ask for name on the order. I got my order and left, I am not one to make a scene but I felt discriminated against. When I got home and opened my cookies they were ice cold and very large so much that they were overlapping each other and flat, not like they normally are when I get them from the other location. The are normally warmed when I pick up and not flat. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not visit this location or let alone any...

If you aren't a cookie person, you will be after trying Crumbl. I've been here every week since they have opened, they are that good! The store is incredibly clean and organized, the staff is amazing, and every time I have ever purchased any cookies from here a staff member always shows me an open box of my order to make sure that it is correct. One thing I love about this business that I personally have never seen anywhere else is when you leave, there is an iPad with a few quick questions about your experience. One of the questions that is asked is "Do your cookies look as advertised?" I can honestly say I can ALWAYS answer yes. I've never met a food type business that ever gave you a product that looked exactly as advertised. They also have each flavor of available cookie on display so you can even see in person what they look like. The cookies are large enough to merit the price and I can honestly say these are the best cookies I've ever had. The fact that new flavors are changed out every week keeps the selection fresh. I always look forward to looking at the new flavors every Sunday night at 9pm to get an idea of this weeks new flavors. It's my small ray of sunshine in this crazy type of year we are having. I recently stopped by Crumbl Cookies, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and the whole place smelled like heaven with the aroma of freshly baked cookies.

Ordering was a breeze. They have digital kiosks where you can browse their rotating menu of gourmet cookies. The variety was great, and it took me a minute to decide because everything looked so good. I ended up trying a few different flavors, and each one was better than the last.

The service was super fast. Even though there were quite a few people there, I got my order in no time. The staff was really nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better.

Now, let's talk about the cookies. Wow! They were perfectly baked – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavors were spot on, not too sweet but just right. My favorite had to be the classic chocolate chip – it was loaded with chocolate chunks and absolutely delicious.

Overall, my visit to Crumbl Cookies was a delight. Quick service, an easy ordering process, friendly staff, and insanely good cookies make this place a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Five stars...
