The experience I just had at this location is unbelievable. The racial profiling is so obvious by the man and lady that was working at this location. I came in to get a battery to replace for my watch. I have never had the battery replaced on this watch before. The watch cost over $3500 and was purchased at Kay's. While attempting to take the batter off the employee stripped the screws on the watch and then proceed to tell me to go to another location down the street to have them replace the battery because they weren't able to take the screws out which is not affiliated with Kay's. Not one time did she ask me did I had purchased the watch from Kay's. Once I explain that I bought it from here she says "Oh you bought that from here" What does that mean? Then she advises me that she can send it off and it will take a month to get back. I asked for my watch back it was obvious from the gentlemen who was sitting down the whole time like he owned the store they truly didn't want to help me because of my skin color. The customer service was terrible from the beginning. I left the store and the lady and man proceeded to follow me out the door. He mumbled something that I couldn't hear so I walked back to the door so he locks the door so that I couldn't come back in. Read moreI will NEVER use this company or this location EVER again! Me and my fiancé had broken it off and I was 2 weeks outside of the return policy and they refused to take it back for a refund. I called Corporate and the only thing they could do was lower the payment by $20. I was furious, but accepted as it saves some money. I made the payment and moved on. The next month, I call to make a payment and they claimed that I had not paid the month before even though I had a confirmation number for my payment. It did not go through my bank and they refused to weave any late fees! I tried paying with a credit card as it was now $100 more than I was expecting to pay and they refused saying they only accept check or debit. I asked to pay partically and they advised that I would have more late fees! This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! I cannot imagine making someone keep a ring and pay for it that close to the return policy when they are literally crying in the store after a nasty break up! That's ridiculous! After 3 weeks of not having it I just said forget it. On top of that while I was there to do that the guy was trying to upscale me a spring thing to help size it and told me that the only other way was to slam my finger in the door multiple times! Called cooperate they said they would give me an amount off and gave us a reference number to give to them when we picked my ring up, once I had gotten there they said that it was not in their "notes!"
