Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Georgia

Today was not a good experience. Advertising said if blizzard is not served upside-down the next one is free. The guy didn't serve one upside-down and the girl handling my blizzard served it upside-down down. I immediately said the first was not served upside-down and how to notify them for a free one next time. The girl at the register said "that's just Advertising " I said I know so how can I get a free blizzard next time. She says "we don't go by that it's just to scare us". Hmm ok. Now the issue with the girl serving my blizzard is she was on break outside the Stand talking to the girl on the register. When her break was over she went behind the counter with unwashed hands, no gloves, touching her face and hair and prepared my blizzard. I kindly reminded her after the rejection of their "advertisement " that she didn't wash her hands either. With a scrunched face she flipped her hands to me and turned her back. Not good customer service from these...

Loved it. It's limited menu store but exceptional service. The owner himself serves most of the times. And he would be prompt on your order. I ordered a mocha and most of the time people do is just keep adding ingredients and hand you over at the end. He not only prepared exact portions but layered them out so properly, I couldn't hold myself to point that out and he accepted that people usually avoid layering. I strongly recommend...
