Pizza stiff and cold. Wings Dry and cold.
I can’t understand why this location of employees have no Skills whatsoever when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and respect in a productive atmosphere.
These employees treated me poorly without even fully listening to my complaints which tells you that they are definitely impatient when it comes to listening and understanding. Questioning whether I had spoke with an employee who didn’t have the authorization to give me a refund.
To the owner Dom please don’t ever call my phone from your personal phone again as if you know me, telling me who works for you and who does not. I would not know that, sir only you and your employees knows that. As a matter fact go and listen to the recordings because all conversations are recorded and you know that.
The owner Dom called me to talk about having an employee by the named of David. I felt as if this conversation was uncalled for because I had already received a refund, and I don’t know who is who but Don insisted on not having any employee. However, I enlighten down on a conversation I had with general manager Joshua, who confirmed that there is a David that worked at this location and that David was new so he didn’t see why David would answer the phone
I wouldn’t even give this store a one star. The food 0 star the service 0 store the atmosphere 0 star. Gangsters in Domino T-shirts starting with the Owner Dom. This is a franchise business, which does not mean everyone, including the owner is going to be honest, professional, and respectful. I will never order from Domino’s again because of this site location and the employees one of them goes by the name of Alex, Joshua, and another employee who lied about her name and her position as well. They are incompetent to be in their positions when it comes for two de-escalation, do not expect that from these member of Domino. These people are nasty spirited and very rude. Domino’s prides itself off of great customer service and great quality food. This is my worst experience ever, and I cannot say this location have the same expectations.
They are very dishonest about their mistakes, positions, and who you speaking with. I was told several lies about an employee who goes by the name of David not being a member of Domino’s when he actually is, I can only tell you the name that the employee gave me when speaking with him I do not know his position. Josh seems to have moved on to better horizons. So the quality and love seems to be missing a bit. There was a woman I think her name was Heather cooking for a bit she was good as well but I haven’t seen a woman’s name pop up in tracker in a while. Add special notes and be specific about your order online .

I hated giving the review below but she needed to know it was just constructive with 💕 Normally this place rocks after having made a few adjustments. There' still a lingering problem. After getting sick 2 years ago and (A) manager blew it off I posted to let everyone know we had to go to doctor on the poison website. I stopped ordering there. We decided to give it another try and great almost all new staff. Excellent pizzas, except 1 person does not own up to the fact they can't cook or provide customer service as well as the other manager and deflect any ownership that maybe just maybe you're the weakest link, and the free pizza thing is played out. I get free pizza from my rewards. I'd rather have it done right the first time!!!!. So I commented about a sub par pasta dish a month ago. I did not ask for a refund or anything. I just notated that it was sub par. See pasta pics of how it should be cooked compared to what I received Well that same manager calls me and tells me that's the new way... Turns out it wasn't. I've received 2 orders from others were it was cooked perfectly. Even one of the ones cooked on that shift with that team. Well today again undercooked pan pizza and half a order of pasta... I've wasted too much time on this. If I place an order again and their managing shift I'll just cancel order. I started to cancel a few days ago when I saw their name pop up. I placed the order a little bit before 8pm. We received updates… first ETA 9:05pm, then it was pushed out to 9:15pm, 9:21pm, 9:37pm and finally it arrived around 9:45pm
The pizza tasted dry, it was not good at all. The wings were alright, I just had to pick the meat that was cooked well done. (Yes I’m picky about my wings being cooked well)
The bread bites were good. Wings - pass Pizza - fail!!!
All in all, we were very disappointed in the meal. More than likely the pizza wasn’t fresh from the get go, and then the driver was driving around for a while with our food. I tried calling the store last night, but there was no answer. There was a nice recording stating that Dominos is hiring for ALL positions. So, if anyone needs a job, check out the Dominos Pizza in Decatur. GA, located on Columbia Dr. That is the last time we will order delivery. Clearly they don’t have enough employees.
