Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Has anyone successfully gotten a pizza from here within the last 6 months???

They have had “only one driver and 2-3 hour weight times” every other order for 6 months!

I just tried calling to see if a manager was available because last night was another night where they called to say they “only had one driver” (even though the tracker said it would take 44 mins)and asked if I could wait the 2-3 hours and I said yes, the girl got mad, made a smart comment and hung up. That was it. Then our Pizza tracker showed it was being made- 15 mins later it showed it cooking- 20 mins after that it was being “checked” and then NOTHING for 2 hours. I tried to call the store and no one answered and then they were closed. No one called. No one said anything. When I just called, I waited for someone to answer for 20 minutes and no one even said hello, I listened to their hold ad for TWENTY MINUTES. I was honestly curious to see how long they would let it hold for, until I got tired of the hold ad.

This dominos is the only Dominos that delivers to our area and Papa Johns is the only other place that does, but Papa Johns closes early or TRUST ME, I would order from there.

Listen, sometimes I just want to eat some pizza at night and if they can’t do that, they can literally just call and say that- or even just answer the phone when I try to call for an update...

placed order at 7:14, deliver estimate was 30-40 min, arrived and gave me another persons order, which i recognized right away because we ordered 2 pizzas and the receipt was in some one elses name, driver kristy said she gave my order to him and would be right back, called the store to make sure i was getting a new order and not food from a strangers house, manager amber said she would make fresh and have it out, called back 45 min later, had not heard from anyone, no food arrived and was told driver just left it would be at my house soon, again no food arrived so called back 15 min later and was told again the driver just left and would be to my house in about 10 minutes, i live less than 7 min from the store, if anyone had bothered to communicate with me i could have picked it up myself, and since the fault was dominoes, my order should have been out first and rushed. no coupons, no free anything was offered except to tell me they are short on drivers to which i say, if you cant do your job with the people you have then dont take money from customers, especially if youre gonna glaze over mistakes as if theyre nothing and not communicate, cancelled order and will definitely be checking to make sure my refund is processed, the outcome could have been so much better if people cared about...

I ordered delivery about 7:30 pm using the app. I used the tracker on my app. My pizza took forever to be made, and then it notified me that it was out of the oven. It sat for more than an hour waiting to be sent out for delivery. After more than an hour later, I heard nothing back so I called to make sure my order wasn’t lost... the girl who answered told me my pizza was still warm and that the driver was leaving with it. Half an hour later he shows up, hands me the slip to sign, avoids eye contact, no apology, and it’s a very awkward exchange. The pizza is stone cold and the toppings are sparse, when I paid for extra toppings. It’s now 10:00 and I just now got my pizza and when I ordered at 7:30. I’ve worked in food service, so I understand having a busy night, but they didn’t do anything to try to fix this situation. No discount or replacement offered. I had to use my toaster oven to warm up the pizza enough for my family to eat. When I’m paying $20 for a pizza, it should be better than a frozen pizza. The quality of this pizza left much to be desired. If I had made a frozen pizza at least I would have gotten warm pizza in much less time. I will not order from this location again after this experience. I will use Papa Johns...
