On March 14, 2023, I was ordering a bacon, egg and cheese croissant when I saw the sign on the board about the free donut and the 1 scoop of ice cream. The person taking the order was extremely uncooperative in explaining when I asked if I got one or both items for free with the purchase of any kind of coffee which included the Cappuccino Blast. I also asked if the free donut was considered the same as the apple fritter. The next thing I knew, it sound as if I was now talking to a different person who also couldn't answer the question. So then the person told us to drive up to the window, gave me a price that I paid then only handed me the sandwich. I had to ask for my drink, fritter and the RECEIPT!!! Pulled up and noticed that I had paid for the apple fritter, no free donut but the vanilla latte Cappuccino had ice cream included. Went thru drive-thru and was told that the MANAGER was the first person taking the order but left. The next person ENGLISH was not good. The two people in the picture posted REFUSED to give me the NAME of the manager or their's. The one on the right walked away to call the manager. When she came back, I was told to come back the next day to speak with her MANAGER but SHE could NOT give the name even after explaining I live in Conyers, which is over 35 miles away. The girl on the left said I was INVADING HER/their PRIVACY by asking for their name or recording the conversation but, I was TaKING this picture instead. What was really offense to me was the attitude for asking for the manager name but finally, them ignoring me before speaking in SPANISH to each other as if I no longer exist. However, the next time I have to come on that side of town to see my specialist, I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS...

My daughter asked for a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for her birthday, so on Tuesday, I took her to the store to pick it out. They told me I couldn’t order one in store, it had to be online. They didn’t even know it wasn’t from the Dunkin website, it was on Baskin Robbins. So, I get onto the website to order it then (the ones in the book don’t even match the website AT ALL); so I go through this long process, and then it won’t let me hit confirm. So I ask the guy working, and he calls his manager, and they said maybe it won’t work? Try a different location? So, I got home and asked my husband to try it on a computer, and it magically works. I tried to get him to pick a new location, but there really aren’t any anywhere near us. So, today, her birthday, I walk in to pick it up, the guy has my order in front of him (with my email and phone number on it) and then calls his manager over and over until he picks up. The manager tells him to say “the lady is out of the state, so we don’t have any cakes.” What?? It’s her birthday! You have the order, and my name, and phone number!!! Read more03/29/2023 8:24pm I stopped by to get a couple cappuccino blast and was told that the blender was "broken" in a rude manner. The guys ISIAH and SAAD were very rude and kept saying they were out of everything I was ordering instead of the iced coffee ( because it was probably the easiest thing they could quickly make). Night shift at this store is honestly trash, I don't know who trains the afternoon crew but them and the whole night shift should get fired and replaced. Especially the two guys working tonight. The area manager should get another manager for the night shift to keep those people in check. You could make way more money if you weren't "out" of merchandise or "broken" equipment every AFTERNOON some one goes there but magically works again in the morning.
