Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

Went there for coffee and breakfast yesterday morning employees were too busy listening to music then fulfilling customers' orders waited in line for over 20 minutes to get a coffee and a sandwich an employee had to confirm my order four times when she finally brought me my order she didn't charge me I'm assuming it's because she didn't want me to get the survey on the receipt other cars in the same line left either before placing their order or picking it up. Hands down one of the worst Dunkin' donuts in Metro Atlanta. The store also has a pretty low food health safety rating it's at the bottom end of the B grade which is a little concerning considering that the only food they make are sandwiches The donuts are certainly made someplace else The store is too small to make their donuts on site so they're having food safety and preparation issues for making bagels biscuits...

The worst Dunkin Donuts in GA! I literally have been coming to this location for a couple of years now and just recently it just became a terrible experience. The food is ok now and the guy employee that's there in the morning that works at the window have the worst attitude! For the past 2 days its been a problem with him. He tried to over charge me even though I had a coupon then I asked to speak to the manager he said "no, she cant do anything about it"!! Another day I asked to add bacon to my order he said "no"! He needs to be removed from the window because this location will lose customers because he's unprofessional and lacks 0 customer service skills! I will definitely drive 10min away just for better...

I went on Sunday in the late afternoon and paid for two bacon snackers, expecting to receive eight perfectly cooked, flavorful pieces in each bag. When I got them, both bags were filled with exactly the right amount of crispy, well-prepared bacon. Even when I decided to check again, they were still cooked just right—no need to make any adjustments.

My spouse’s sandwich was also excellent—fresh, perfectly textured, and cooked to perfection. The employee was attentive and knowledgeable, providing great service without any signs of carelessness. They clearly knew the menu, the portion sizes, and exactly how each item was meant to be prepared. It was refreshing to see such professionalism...
