I want to explain why I won't be returning to this Dunkin'. I live about three minutes away and used to visit occasionally. However, I've noticed a decline in customer service. This morning, I ordered a small toasted almond iced coffee with oat milk and sugar. I always try to be polite and professional. When I tasted the coffee and found it a bit off, I kindly asked the gentleman at the window if he could add a little more oat milk and sugar. He agreed, took my coffee, and returned about 30 seconds later. After trying it again, I mentioned it was fine because I overheard them mocking me for not adding anything. The guy at the window even started laughing. I simply took my coffee and left, as it reflected poorly on the staff. Customers work hard for their money, and it's disheartening to see employees treating customers whoāve done nothing to them like this. They really thought they got over on me by not adding anything after I requested a little more milk and sugar to balance off the bitter taste. For this to be a new location the staff behind the counter sucks. I was here yesterday in morning to pick up a customers order. The guy that is to the left always making food is terribly rude with a bad ass attitude. I watched him throw food and tickets in the garage, cursing and very disrespectful. I've seen this from this guy multiple times. The young light skinned girl in front counter with long twist is the only š smile you will see. Don't order mobile orders from this place , your best to go in person and watch your food being made. I usually don't take time to review but this was a very bad experience. However, if youāre going to get my order wrong and have me pay for it then please check and make sure everything is correct. I told the young gentleman that he was missing my donut order and he want to have a fit because his crew is running behind and not checking the orders. How are you going to get mad at me for missing my order that you input it in the system and you was the one that spoke to the intercom and I am going to stop and tell you before I moved out the drive thru line.
