Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Georgia

Wow! The orange tango mango was AMAZING! And they REALLY topped it! The employs recommended it when I was having trouble deciding! And they ALSO seemed to be VERY ENTHUSIASTIC about working there! And provided EXCELLENT customer service! Which EXCEEDED my expectations! Definitely felt I got twice my money’s worth! And was VERY surprised that they offered a kid sized portion cup - how many places do you know do that? (The last one I remember to do that was Starbucks to help promote their new unicorn Frappuccino like 7 years ago or something? And then they did not continue it - because it was limited or something? Or worried that it wouldn’t be profitable?) The perfect early birthday treat! (Celebrating with my friend!) So sad we both live way across town in opposite directions and neither of us are over that way very often - just meeting there (Cumberland Location) to eat out and shop! And we were craving something sweet! (RANDOMLY FOUND this place with google maps! AND it was very easy to navigate to!) - :( However I wish there was a location closer to the Woodstock/Kennesaw &/or Canton/Acworth areas…..b/c I’d definitely be back! (And there’s not really an Italian Ice / Softserve place very close to me.) :D but that makes it all the more special to go out of our way to get it occasionally! And also I can’t wait to try the sour apple carmel sea salt one - but maybe in the summertime when it’s like 95 degrees plus outside - I love various flavors and will be willing to try the most unique combinations without hesitation (ie - may favorite candy is licorice good & plenty)! The sweeter the better! Don’t think you can go wrong! Be sure to check it...

My first time here was during the grand opening and everyone was so sweet and nice. Came back on a Thursday night and totally a different experience. While the ice cream is delicious and well priced, the staff is insanely rude.

They don’t close until 10 on Thursdays yet they asked me and my boyfriend to go eat outside at 9:30 while they try to lock up the place. Basically they kicked us out. I came up to the counter to ask for a lid for my cup and the male worker with the shaggy hair literally looked at me like I was the worst person on the planet, as if I was giving him a major inconvenience. There doesn’t seem to be a manager or anyone watching over these awful rude employees. It seems like all of the lower rated reviews have also had issues with rude staff, so I know I’m not overreacting.

While the treats were super good, the rude and unprofessional staff make me not want to come back which is a shame because their treats are...
